John Wilson Plumbing installed Septic Tank when house was built so I called him first. They scheduled for the next day and in less than 24 hours were at my door, when they said they would be. Brett was very good at finding the tank opening so yard was not damaged, it was a preventative maintenance call, so we will think of John Wilson Plumbing for our next service, price was reasonable, far less than a new drainfield.

I called John for a drainfield problem. I was told that he would come out within 24 hours. He didnt show up. I spoke with his office several times. I was repeatedly told that he was coming. After waiting four days, I called someone else. John, it is extremely inconsiderate to string customers along when they are dealing with plumbing issues. If you are not interested in a job, or to busy just be honest.

One always complains when a job is done unsatisfactorily but seldom when it is done with expertise. On oct 11 John performed a clean out of our sewer line. He was polite friendly and very competent with his performance He arrived earlier than the targeted spot time. Wilson plumbing is very fortunate to have such a competent employee. Two very satisfied customers Tom and Sheila Humble.

contacted at 10:30am for emergency service on Saturday it is now 3:39pm and still a no show plenty of excuses why they arent here yet though not very dependable.
