Requested service for a major leak at more than 2.5 gpm and within 1.5 hours the techs told me the leak was within 24 inches of the spot where they were digging. I asked them to continue digging because we could not see the actual leak and 4.5 hours later they assumed it was more than 10 ft away from that spot under a tree. At a cost of $425.00 they never actually found the leak. The tech admitted he simply wanted to leave after 1.5 hrs and it was beyond their expertise after speaking with the owner. Do not use them! Orlando Leak Detention found the leak in under 1 hr for less.

The Leak Doctor came to my home on two separate occasions about 4 years apart. They are "THE" experts on locating leaks and getting the problem resolved quickly. They understand the stress we clients have when you have water all over your home and you can see the damage piling up. On both occasions Leak Doctor was efficient, professional and located and fixed the leak quickly and correctly. That is important in this day and age when technicians dont care about the quality of their work. Leak Doctor definitely cares and gets the job done!

they are no doctors, they are more afraid of the insurance not paying then finding the leak. 2 trucks, two guys could not find the leak, next day a manager came found a small crack on the side of the house. We fixed it, still a week later the block is wet. They would not even open the wall to figure out where the water was coming from. Called another company that found the leak after opening the walls and much more. These doctors are worthless.

We paid $425 for the leak doctor to tell us that there was a leak in our shower drain. He stated that we would have to have our walk in shower pulled out and have a plumber come in and fix the leak. When the plumber pulled out the shower there was no leak. I immediately called the leak doctor to be informed that there was nothing they could do there is no guarantee. I will never use the leak doctor again and would not recommend them to anyone.

The Leak Doctor found my leak. What really got me is that they called me and let me know they were on the way to my house. I did not have to wait around and guess when they would show up. They set a time and where there just like they said. George the technican that came was great, knows his stuff inside out. I recommend them to anyone and I will definitely use them again.

They did a fantastic job for me finding a leak accurately under the slab of my living room they were very fast and they really really helped a lot. Once they found the leak they opened it up and did the repair and also repaired the slab. Amazingly all they needed to cut in the slab was about a square foot because their analysis as to where the leak was was so accurate

The company was hired to locate where water was entering my building during heavy rains and flooding. They identified a small leak in the caulking around a window, but overlooked the main source (later identified by another company) where water was entering through a slab leak. For the money, I am disappointed that they overlooked such a major issue.

Called this morning about 930. Brandon Thompson the technician came out ( earlier then expected ) he promptly found leak outside the home. It wasnt an easy repair as break was under palm tree. Brendon had to dig trench and rerouted piping. Thank you for prompt excellent service. We will pass the word to any of our neighbors if they have a problem.

I am very impressed with David. It turned out the leak had to do with my air conditioner. Not the pipes or any plumbing issue. David changed filters and emptied out water that was accumulating in the air conditioning system itself. He checked the flow outside the house. Went above and beyond to help us out. Would recommend him to everyone.

Well, they only detect leaks; NO LICENSE to repair. Not available until a day later, and was told that they do not detect polybutylene pipe leaks with their equipment. Went with someone with better availability and able to repair the leak after it was found!
