Smylie One just updated our two 20 year old Unico AC systems to 19 SEER, replacing single stage condensers with smaller variable condensers to be unobtrusive to our landscaping, replacing single speed blowers with 2 speed blowers. and matched coils. Job involved many discussions and a few iterations for us to decide on exactly the equipment we wanted for the job prior to ordering equipment. The installers were extremely knowledgeable and professional, with attention to every detail of the job. Job site was cleaned at the end of each day. Smylie One even designed and bent a prefinished aluminum cover to hide the line sets. They were extremely careful of landscaping. System was installed to work as two-stage with our Nest thermostats. Would highly recommend Smylie One for a great job!

Courteous. Prompt. Quality work. Attention to detail and the customers best interest in mind. This was my experience with smylie. They didnt push me to buy the biggest and most expensive ac and furnace. They did however present me with all the options, in clear and easy to understand terms. They were there when I had questions. Lets be honest this isnt a small purchase. They also pointed me in the right direction for financing part of it. I do highly recommend thier service plan that once you purchase, even if you have an emergency that they have to come on off hours or a summer day it still costs you the standard rates. Saved my butt a couple of times.

3 years ago I was new home owner with appliances on their way out the door and some HVAC issues. 2 other well known companies came out and quoted me astronomical prices and the customer service was subpar. The Whole Smylie one team won me over, They treat you like family from customer service to the technicians that come out. If my favorite tech Jacob cant make it I trust everyone they send! Top of the line Company of only there were more than 5 ⭐️

This place is a rip off. They charged me $118 for a part I found on amazon for $8. Also charged me $80 just to come out and inspect the furnace. They were at my house for 45 mins, and left by 430 (Im 7 mins from their facility) and when the guy got there admitted he wasnt very knowledgeable on my boiler system even though I told the receptionist what type of furnace I had.

The technicians did a wonderful job with the installation and were very helpful and communicative about the process, how to use the system and the new thermostat, and how to maintain the unit as time goes on. $$$$$$$$$$$$ Shop around, So no one could call me back when I was told that they would regarding the loud humming noise of the new blower moter which I paid dearly for but I did receive a call after this recent review. Way over priced!!! I called them for an estimate on a gas line and they wanted over $1700 to run 56 ft of pipe. I have never installed gas line before and did it for $300 by myself.
