I have really mixed feelings about this place. I called looking for a weird request, they didnt have it but invited me to come in with the tubing and see what they could do. So I drive immediately over. I sat in the front room for 10 minutes while a guy was on the phone, no big deal, it happens. Then a separate guy come in and asks "is he helping you?" I said "no, think he was on the phone, no worries." I then explain to him my situation and he takes one look then says "I dont got anything" and then stoic silence. After a couple seconds I say "OK" and get up to leave, feeling pretty agitated. As I am walking out the door he recommends a "big box store". The businessay be great but that guys customer service is really terrible. I will not be returning to this local plumbing supply company for future endeavors.

Being new to Winter Park, I researched thoroughly a number of Plumbing companies before deciding on Maitland Winter Park Plumbing. While they were not the least expensive, Maitland Winter Park Plumbing gave me the most confidence in their abilities to not only handle my plumbing needs but to be responsive to me as a client. Working with Eric Peterson was first-class in every way. He responded to my requests in a timely manner, delivered quality people to perform even simple tasks, and followed up to see if I was satisfied with the work. I called Maitland Winter Park Plumbing because they were highly rated on google. They were very professional, set an appointment for the next day and then called an hour before the appointment to see if their repair person could come early!! Toby showed up, assessed the problem, explained how he would fix it, gave me an extremely accurate estimate (within about two dollars) finished quickly and did a very professional, neat, and thorough job. Throughout everyone I dealt with at MWPP has been friendly, informative, professional, and efficient. I will be using them from now on for all my plumbing problems.

Maitland Winter Park Plumbing is THE place for plumbing parts. They took the extra time to help identify and track down exactly what I needed for my faucet, service not provided at big name improvement stores. Not only do they have a complete plumbing shop and display area but they also offered to provide for a Plumber to come out and install the parts for me as well. Maitland WP Plumbing does it all! They provide quality service/parts. Very pleased!!

Ive used this company twice and I highly recommend them. Each time Neil came out, he was able to diagnose the problem quickly and fix it with a minimum of fuss. The office staff is friendly and courteous. Its nice to have an actual person answer the phone instead of having to leave a voicemail. They are professional and prompt and call you to let you know they are on their way. Would definitely use them again.

We have used Maitland Winter Park Plumbing for the past 3 years at different houses and they have always done a great job. Very reliable, even on weekends. We just had an emergency situation a week ago and they had a guy to our home in a half hour. I would recommend them to any friends or family around the area. Very professional. They also carry a lot of hard to find parts and fixtures at there store.

Charged me $288 to climb on the roof and say "you have roots in the pipe." Pipe was blocked up again a day later, so they obviously did little to nothing to clear said tree roots. Look, there are tools made to clear tree roots. For that price, they should have done more to clear the roots, or have come back the next day and cleared the roots. Very disappointed, and will not use them again.

Chris from Maitland Winter Park Plumbing performed a drain cleaning to eliminate a stoppage in the drain line leading to the septic tank. He arrived early, cleaned the line in a timely manner, and educated me on precautionary measures to prevent future blockages. I am very happy with the level of service and highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs!
