Worse Service EVER. Wish I could give zero stars. The plumber Ricky came out to fix our issue but did half-ass work. He spent 10 min working on the issue and said it was fixed. The only thing he did was clear the lines and that was all. He did not check for any other issues, assuming clearing the lines would fix everything. We had issues that same night. We called them back out and of course, we got Ricky again. According to the GM, he does a "good" job, I absolutely disagree with that statement. When Ricky came out the second time, he went directly to the issue knowing where it was causing problems. He used the camera, a $250 charge we were unaware of, to help fix the issue. The GMs argument is that they did not need to use the camera and charge us the $250, instead just to charge us a visit in which Ricky should have fixed/checked the first time. I called to complain about the second charge and spoke with the service manager, one of the rudest individuals I have spoken with. He was unprofessional and did not belong in a management position. The GM was very professional, unfortunately, we did not see eye to eye on Rickys work and said he was not going to take the service charge away. I will NEVER use Mercury Plumbing again.

Outsourced by my property manager. The plumber was nice but customer service was HORRIBLE. Spoke to 2 different agents - first agent couldnt hear me. She didnt say, "Excuse me maam Im afraid I couldnt hear you... Instead said, "Wait wait wait wait WAIT!!!! You need to speak up or take me off that speaker phone." Then she hung up on me. The next rep I spoke to was a gentleman. Explained the whole situation from beginning to end. I even told him the customer information is not under my name it should be under my property managers name or my address. He still collected all of my information which was a waste of 20 minutes of my life and then referenced that he would have an on call rep give me a call. Jason (also VERY RUDE) called. The environment that we were in was very loud and when he said his name it sounded as if he said his name was Jeovanni. He said, "No! My name is Jason. What do you need." Overall it has been 4 days and there is still a huge hole in my ceiling only to be told that they do not reseal... in the words of Jason, "We are plumbers not carpenters."

Do not call Mercury if you value your time and money. We called Mercury to repair a leak in our bathroom sink. They repaired the leak but used a wrench on the faucet handles to tighten them, causing deep gashes in the brushed nickel. They had to replace both handles after we called them on the damage. In the same service call, we also asked them to fix our loose tub faucet and re-calk the handle. The repairman was able to get the faucet aligned with the wall but left a quarter inch gap between the tile and the handle. He then tried to hide the fact that he couldnt fix it by filling in the gap with calk. After leaving, gravity took hold and all the calk dripped down the wall exposing the excessive gap. We called them and they sent out a new repairman (after we had to ask for someone different) to repair both issues. I had to ask to be refunded, which they agreed to, but the whole experience was negative and frustrating. Im giving them one star because Google wont let me post this without selecting at least one. Wish there was an option for NO STARS.

I struggled with a vent pipe clog all weekend. I was at the Mercury office when they opened at 9 a.m., as they are located in my neighborhood. They had a packed schedule but I asked for same day service. Within 3 hours Ricky arrived at my house. Within the hour my complicated vent clog was opened and the price was very fair. The price was not inflated due to my emergency. Ricky was very friendly, knowledgeable and careful. Melinda was very helpful and friendly. There were two gentlemen in the office but I did not catch their names. They were also very friendly. Thank you Mercury Plumbing. I was very pleased. Your mission statement was reflected in the service that I received today.

I am very disappointed in Mercury Plumbing. I have used them for 7 years. I recently did an addition, and they gave me a quote for work which was to occur in phases. The payment was front loaded, so I paid them after phase 1, and when phase 2 came around, they refused to honor their quoted price, and wanted more money. I would never have agreed to pay them such a high price for the first phase of the work, except for the fact their phase 2 price was much lower. In any event, lesson learned, and I wont be doing business with them again.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Melinda should not be talking to the general public. After I called out a mistake they made on my install of my water heater she said it was BS and said keep your money we dont need it. Really rude. Never do business with them again.

Had a very bad experience with Mercury Plumbing. Didnt honor the quoted price on the original work and wouldnt replace the defective part that they installed without a $105 service call. BUYER BEWARE!
