Fire Boxer

Had the opportunity to visit since my normal PF is under construction. I found the Deland gym to be very clean and the other peeps exercising to be extremely pleasant also. I like to go in, headphones on and workout,the leave with limited interruptions. I dont mind great conversations, but Im there to workout, not "hookup". This was perfectfor me, peoples aid hello or hi, continued their workout and chit-chat was minimal. I walked out exhausted, sweating and revived!!! Absolutely perfect!!! The restrooms and showers were clean and wouldvehad no problem of cleaning up after the workout, but wasnt needed this time around. Very pleased and looking forward to the next several visits too.

Over all I have to say this is a pretty decent gym, Ive never been told to change into different clothes and I even grunt in the gym at times and no one has said anything to me about it, the reason I have to give it a 4 is because its not really focused on people who want to grow muscle its more for people who are out of shape, Ill be out growing this gym very soon seeing they dont have any squat racks they only have Smith machines and their heaviest dumbbells are 70 staff is pretty decent as well, I dont talk to them but they dont give me problems. Over all this is good for someone starting out but in about a year or two you will out grow it.

Clean, little to no wait for equipment. Staff is friendly and helpful. The audio for the TVs doesnt seem to work. I checked with staff to make sure I was doing it right and still couldnt get anything. The wifi is also pretty useless. Just make sure you download some Netflix and music ahead of time and you will be all set.

Planet fitness in orange city excellent, this one in DeLand in small, eguipment is so so, too many bikes and tread mills , not enough for your abs!, Was working out and one of the staff was vacuuming right under my feet, seriously!

I think weve fixed the billing issues (so far).New manager since I used to be a member was very nice and helpful. Went today, everything was clean and everyone was really nice, I really hope to be able to keep up here.

Its like a community of people who love working out. The staff is awesome and I love helping people out on the floor. Theyre a little less flexible on PF stringent rules... After all were all adults.

Its clean, friendly and inexpensive. With an upgrade membership you can get a hydromassage and a tan. Been a member for years, and you can use member facilities when traveling. Pretty cool!

Nice staff, clean equipment. LOVE the new elliptical and treadmills. I have a year membership here and Ill most likely be getting another when this one is up

Its a gym, free wifi, family-friendly atmosphere so far, a few AH that want everyone to clean up after them, music sucks.

They keep charging your credit card after you cancel and wont refund very poor faculty!!!
