Sat myself, had multiple people come up and ask me my account number. They couldnt find it because I was using my firms number. It was unprofessional and embarrassing that my waitress had to come up and ask me 20 MORE questions in front of a POTENTIAL client about my account number, name on the account, and method of payment, etc....I mean, METHOD OF PAYMENT? I looked at her and said "CASH" and she said "well all we take is credit cards." I am thinking...then why did you ask? I felt like they were expecting I was going to dodge out on the bill, and my POTENTIAL client asked me if I had ever been there before. So unprofessional... The food was just OKAY ($44 for 2 salads with the 22% tip). I dont care about the money until the customer service fails, as it did here. The food would have been execellent with excellent customer service. I will be recommending my firm cancel the membership. Waste of money...especially if I cant get one good lunch a year out of it.

We hosted our rehearsal dinner social for our wedding guests at the Citrus Club in the Hamlin and Murcott Rooms. The view was beautiful, particularly since we had a view of the nightly fireworks during our event. We served beverages and a dessert selection and truly the desserts were utterly amazing. The Citrus Club did such an amazing job of displaying the desserts and even helped us set up the room and the décor at not extra cost. They were very accommodating with the music/acoustics we needed for our event, including a microphone. The staff was truly helpful and responsive and we couldn’t be happier with how the night went.

This is s members only venue that boasts excellent views and superb networking opportunities. There are two different lounges. One is more casual and the other requires a coat. You honestly cant beat the sunset views from their 18th floor venue. Every night is a different special and their Monday lunch cant be beat. Tuesday - Friday they have an amazing happy hour. If you are a member and able to come for breakfast, I recommend it. Its free and delicious. Dont expect a fancy breakfast but it has all you need.

This is the business social club to join in Orlando! If you are a business owner, and you have not experienced networking at the Citrus Club, you are missing out on a great deal of professional contacts. On top of the professional connections you can build at the club, the staff is professional and courteous, and the food is good too! I also have to give a hat-tip to the bartender Amy, she is superb, her creations hit the spot every time.

The food was great. The staff is extremely attentive and does everything possible to make your experience great. They have food/drink options that are prepared table side which is fun to watch. The attire requires a coat but if you forget one they have ones you can borrow. I would highly recommend for anyone celebrating or wanting a nice night out.

Great meeting place and amazing views. The food selection might not be extensive but good. The drink selection is like most down town but the craft beer is limited. The location is all about conducting business and connecting with others.
