Not a happy camper!!!!!!!!! Membership rules change inadvertently and are not what they were 4 months ago and probably wont be in another 4 months. You can call it a bait and switch deal... My wife and I enrolled in a membership there with my wife being the "member" and I would have access to it as far as she was present, but later on she could transfer the membership to me if need was. Well, it just happens that now that we wanted to switch the membership to my name since she has hurt her back, they "no longer" transfer memberships... So at this point we are stuck in a contract that only benefits one side, theirs, cause we still have to pay for it but cant make use of it. So, There you go, bait and switch.!!!!!! Dont ever believe in anything they say, unless it is in writing. Shame on you, Planet Fitness!

A place where obese people can go and work out, eat pizza (Papa Johns) next door, and not feel guilty about bragging about going to a gym yet seeing 0 results. Planet Fitness has a pretty smart strategy here, not really. They have this thing where you exercise almost everyday and by the end of the week or month (depending what shape they like you to stay in) theyll reward you with processed pizza. Im not against pizza but if your goal is to lose weight this is the last place you would want to be in. Matter in fact while their packing your money in their pockets your packing more weight on than losing it. Planet Fitness is basically the Walmart of gyms. Out of shape customer: "Phew my 10 min walk was pretty intense, good thing theres pizza here at Planet Fitness to replenish my fat and carbohydrates."

This place is a gym. its what you make of it. Yes they offer pizza once a month... but its you who chooses to eat it? Its what any gym is, what you make of it. Theres weights, cardio machines and you. Not sure if it would make a difference of they are top of the line or out dated, the treadmills bikes and ellipticals work the weights are heavy and its all there for you to use for a small fee. I think its all about the effort you place into doing the best for your health. Ive been going fo a month now. Ive lost several pounds and tons of inches. Planet fitness didnt make me lose weight i did. PF is just the place i go to sweat and strengthen my body and theyre not killing my pocket so works for me!

They have a cheap membership plan, but I stopped by to sign up after reading their plans online and when I came in the door I was asked if i was signing in I said no. Im looking to join, she says Im someone will be right with you. While waiting I walked over to the end of the desk so i could look at the equipment they have to offer, and she stops me and says are you a member, again i say no. Im then told to sit down because I am a liability up and walking around, now mind you i never left the reception area and Im 37 years old, i believe Im too old to be put in time out.... now Im rethinking whether i want to join this so called judgment free zone

Ive had all good experiences so far.. I was just trying to call there now at 3:20am bc I was just there an hour or so ago and no one picks up the phone keeps ringing.. I really needed to speak with someone there bc I think I lost a very important item while there. I hope whoever finds it will keep it as a lost and found item. Im very sad I cannot get ahold of anyone there.

The biggest appeal of PF is the reasonable price. I have never had to wait for a machine and they have fairly new equipment. They also have a nice selection of free weights and machines. There is a row of TV that can be watched while using the machines. They do not have classes or a gym, but for the price it is a great value.

I am pleased with the their gym. They have enough machines and free weights for someone to get in shape. I see different types of people there and no one is judgmental and it is very quiet. For the price you pay its not bad. The only dissappoinment is that its way smaller than other Planet Fitness that I have been too!!

Hate it and so hard to cancel the membership they charge you 45 for annual fee plus 58 dollars to cancel la fitness is way better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes they offer pizza but for a person that dedicate their life to change and be a difference i lost over a hundred lbs i say is what you do with what they give you

it s actually a pretty big gym, lots of new appliance. and it is really affordable. No reason why not going to the gym.
