I Love this gym EXCEPT last friday on the 17th a girl working by herself around 8pm was very rude at the desk. My sister and I was standing there 5 mins waiting for her on the phone with a potential customer telling them all the types of memberships they offered. Instead of scanning is in. I had to scan myself in and my sister just walked in without any questions. We wanted to use the hydro beds before working out so us getting tired of waiting I knocked on the desk to get her attention she still didnt look up...But she heard me say we wanted the beds and put 4 quarters on the counter I said uuuuum the bed doesnt take quarters... Still not looking up she takes the quarters away pushes some buttons on a computer and says nothing... So guessing she turned on the beds we walked away.In all the time she could have ask the phone customer to hold on and attended to the paying customers first. She definetly needs customer service tranning. But everyone one else I came in contact with at this gym was very courteous. Love this gym... Except for the one crazy experience with the rude girl.

I am a black card member. I have been a member since the days when you could end your membership with no questions asked and no contract. I cancelled the first time around with no hassle. A few years later I rejoined, again as a black card member. They have since changed their policy and want a substantial cancellation fee now. As a gym, it is fine. Because of a bad back, my doctor ordered me to only swim, and PF does not offer pools at their gyms. I asked very nicely to have the fee waived since I have to join a much more expensive gym, but they declined. I am on a very tight budget I wrote an email later in the week asking again, it was never answered. A few weeks later I wrote a letter (snail mail) to PF corporate headquarters. They have not replied either. When my back is healed, I will not go back to PF because of this. Quality customer service and compassion go a long way. They lost a customer for life.

Ive been going here on and off for a couple of years because its the most conveniently located gym to my house, and because its only $10/month. Thats about the best I can say about it. My biggest complaint is that they only show 4 different stations on the televisions over the treadmill area, and they are ALL set to either news or sports, neither of which is of any interest to me. There is one TV, way in the back, that sometimes shows something else. Its a big deal to me, because I dont really enjoy running on the treadmill, and having something to occupy my attention makes the time go much faster. Ive asked if we could get a little variety, but the manager was pretty nasty about it and said that the owner sets the channels and doesnt care what we think. And thats why Im giving this location a one star.

I wish the planet fitnesses in Orlando would update their equipment the weight on the machines at this location are very low (machines in states like Mississippi have heavy weight on them and fabulous newer equipment, Ive been to several gyms in the state and was surprised to see that their equipment was so much nicer versus floridas also the gyms are 24/7 versus orlandos bogus 24/5 lol ) I didnt know I payed maintenance fees to workout on crappy, low weighted, outdated equipment. Yikes. Staff is nice when they want to be will greet and say bye and your welcome to others but not to me which I find rather comical, but hey I dont go to the gym to be liked or to be social so it doesnt phase me too much. Great stand up tanning bed though!

I am a black card holder and have been to numerous Planet Fitness facilities around the southeast in three different states. Recently I spent a week in the Orlando area and visited this facility four times at various times and was very pleased with how friendly the members and staff were, and how accessible everything was. The other ten or so Planet Fitness facilities Ive been to have been over crowded during most times. At this one, I could always use the free weights, machines, and cardio machines without waiting or any hassles. Ill be moving to the area soon and plan to transfer my membership here. I highly recommend this Planet Fitness location if you want to work out in a peaceful environment without delays.

They say its a gym with the "judgment free zone", and I find that to be BS. For is you look like u go to the gym and work really hard, they dont like that, especially the people that work out there and judge u just cuz u actually give a flipping crap about working out. They dont want "Meat Heads", or Cardio nuts. But come on really, its a gym; where else are the real hard working gym rats really going to work out with a tight budget. Over all, if u work out just 1-3 days a week, only care about saying u "workout", and dont really give a flip about trying to really improve ur self, this gym is perfect for u. Does have the potential and proper equipment, but there slogan is very bias, and misleading.

I walked in and wasnt acknowledged by a long haired blond on sunday evening. She was on the phone. I waited and then asked to use the massage bed. She didnt even look up at me and put some coins on the table. I told her I asked for the massage bed. She then did something on the computer still not looking up. She didnt even tell me she turned on the massage bed and continued her conversation on the phone. She did not speak to me or even look up at me once. She didnt let me know she turned the massage bed on. Very unprofessional. Planet fitness need to do better hiring.

When I first joined in Dec. I went after work around 430 wasnt too crowded every other machine was open so you have personal space but then January and February all the new years resolutioners started to pile in. I then started going before work at 5am and I love it. Everyday seems like a weekend the crowd is much more energetic and I never hear that lunk alarm. Totally worth the 10 dollars. Ive lost nearly 30 lbs thanks to this place!

One 8f the cutest gyms is seen. Plus i love their color and the emplyees were very accomodating and polite and very friendly. My problem is i got no time to work out and being a non member i just come to pay the 24 hour fee whenever i come. I iust hope they will have special offers for some non members like me who lack the requirements to become a member as of now cause i find this gym very spacious and well managed.

Very friendly staff. Im from out of town and didnt have my tag. A nice guy (ponytail and from Jersey- dont know his name) took care of everything. He was really friendly and Im thankful for his help. Facility is nice. I tended to go early so it was less crowded which I prefer. They are open 24 hours a day through the week which is really convenient. Their spa area is clean and machines are in good shape.
