Its new and clean, but its just too small and becomes a rat race quick. Hardly any space in the free weights, only 5 or so adjustable benches, no decline bench press or leg press (just a Squat Press), non-standard barbells, no Hammer Strength machines; just those wonky Cybex machines that feel like they have even less range of motion than machines already have. (Especially that Squat Press. Very disappointed with that P.O.S.) Theres some real princesses in there too that will hold gear up to go talk to a woman and have a hissy fit if you jump in. You got toolbags like that anywhere, but the size of the place makes it more prevalent. The upside is theyre getting more stuff soon, but if its just more of the same, Im no longer interested. Plus, where is it going to go??? Its all around decent, but not for serious lifters or even folks curious about lifting. Theres just not enough space, gear, options, and what they got isnt standard. Itll leave a bad impression in my opinion. It seems more suitable for those interested in weight loss. The staff are very nice and Ive seen them on the floor working with people of all shapes and sizes. I mistook them for work-out buddies, thats how legit they seem. I came from Golds and gave it a shot; not a bad place, but doesnt fit my needs. I dont want to get all creative when I cant get to what I want or fill the gap in their inventory with something "similar" or "works the same muscle". I want heavy and simple.

At first I was excited for this gym then I hit a snag in my financials and I was going to cancel my membership which was only $10, the rep told me that for $5 I can put a freeze on my account and if I decide to stay I can, I agreed, signed the pad and went on my way, little did I know that it was a $5 monthly fee which I was unaware of and unfortunately it overdrafted my account, I asked the rep for a copy of my contract that stated that there was a monthly fee for the freeze and he could not produce, telling me its a gym policy, so why isnt it on paper?! BS I called the so called corporate office and it was just another location in Clearwater and again they could not give me proof of this fee. I asked for the manager to call me countless times and no call. The rep offered to pay for a month but with the overcrowding and rude reps I was over it. Customer service is non existent needless to say I cancelled my membership but when I checked my account my card was swiped twice. I went back and confronted the rep and she said oh the first time swiped a receipt didnt print out so I assumed it didnt go through, I asked her well did you think you shouldve told me theres a possibility charges may have come up twice? She looked silly in the face. Dont assume because you look like the first three letters in ASSumption. Never again.....

Excelente place !!!!!!

Its probably the best gym in the area but that doesnt really say much I guess. Golds Gym was the best but it closed down because it was forced out of its location and Youfit took its customers but it has yet to meet the original offer it set forth. Youfit said it would have as close to the equipment Golds gym had as it could and it has far less. It doesnt even even some of the most basic machines, things like a trap smith machine, a 4 bar leg press, or free weights even close to the max weight Golds Gym had. The gym is fine for the casual lifter but soon you will find yourself maxing out on the free weights and at a loss for machine equipment. Its basically a re-branded Planet Fitness without the lunk alarm.

I put 3 stars which is above average for my rating. Pros: Very clean facility Nice staff that is helpful, always greets you and says goodbye Cons: Lacks a lot of equipment that you would find in a place like LA or Golds before it: hack squats, heavy bags, no pool, courts etc Weekend hours are not great. Weird rules about backpacks, jugs of water etc where most gyms dont care During peak hours good luck finding room on flat benches etc. Its a good beginners gym, way better than Planet Fitness which intentionally tries to keep people who might advanced lifters out. But if youre looking for something with variety or something for a little more advanced Id look elsewhere.

This is just another old lady day care. The equipment is the lowest quality available, the barbells dont weigh 45lbs and are much shorter than a standard Olympic barbell. If you actually lift weights, you will need to go elsewhere, they are accommodating as long as youre not serious about lifting. They are the type of gym that feed off new year resolutions that come in for a month and then never bother cancelling their membership. They are a planet fitness knock off, and a bad one at that. At least PF is honest about their agenda. The staff, lol, thats a whole other joke in itself.

This is one of the best gym experiences that Ive had since college. I went to the University of Florida so obviously that gym was immense. This is the next best! The gym has two stories (cardio machines and exercise classes on the 2nd floor). The first floor has multiple free weight bench presses, a lonnng row of dumbbells all the to 100lb, and THREE squat machines. My last gym in downtown Orlando had one! Cant complain and for $10/month or $20/month for free guests, this is the best value for a clean, large gym Ive ever found!

Ive been coming here for a year now. The staff is friendly & they greet you every time. Trainers are helpful in answering questions, setting up sessions for personal training (xtra cost), & the place is clean. Most of everyone that goes there to work out are friendly. The place has 2 floors with multiple group classes offered. They have free weights & dumbbells up to 90 lbs! If youre looking for an affordable gym with a multiple range of options this place wont disappoint!

Never sign up for this gym! I have tried to cancel my account 3 times, once with my location in Altamonte Springs, another with Vivienne in their corporate office and I just got off the phone with their collection department. All the while they continue to charge me! That is just crazy to me!!! Go somewhere else where people care about the clientele and doing the right thing!

not enough equipment now that the membership exploded when Golds across the street closed. Wifi hasnt worked in over 3 weeks. Not sure if the studio gets swept but hair balls in the studio in the morning. Other than that, the fitness classes are great, the cardio equipment has their own TVs. you need them since you dont get Wifi to listen to your phone while working out.
