Michelle needs to be trained on customer service and on how to teach classes. Her 1-2 steps are NOT Zumba, really ridiculous and she cannot even keep up, please leave training to trainers. All real trainers ( Lourdes, Jonathan, Iris, Angelica, Grace, Mercedes & Denise) are really good though and amazing. Which is why even thought there class schedules are hard to follow with a normal work schedule, I would have stayed a long standing faithful member. But when that was taken away by Michelle and having to deal with her "I do as i want attitude" and rudeness is not worth the stress or aggravation . Members usually go in at whatever times (without the ticket) and their own employees go in and out of classes halfway through or towards the end session. today I was 15 min late, waited over 5 minutes to clock in and when I tried to actually follow policies and get a Ticket, Michelle didnt allow me saying I was over 10 minutes late. Yet I dont say nothing when she ignores me standing in front of her for over 5-10 minutes waiting for her to stop her personal texts and actually check me in. To top it all off, she has the nerve to say why didnt u tell me to get off the phone, as if I am supposed to her job for her. I work out after work, I work out to get peace and not have to deal with the BS, so I strongly suggest while she is employed here, do not go here. Mind you I am not sure if they really are or not suppose to let you in class late but their own employees do it and no one else in the front stops you from going to the classes that might I add you pay xtra for. Learned my lesson going to LA where there are more classes, its open later, kids care is cheaper, same price I am paying at Crunch and they have multiple Yoga and Zumba classes per day everyday, among plenty of options from Belly Dance, to Hip Hop and all crunch have + lots and lots more.

Great place and great price. I just transferred from LA Fitness and for half the price I get the same stuff. I did some swimming at LA but for double the price it wasnt worth it just to have a pool. On the side they have a rig with boxing bags, TRX bands, and monkey bars. Great for me to work on to build my grip strength hanging and get faster at the monkey bars since I do OCRs. Of course its a new gym so all the equipment is new. The usual line of treadmills, ellipticals, and stairs. A nice line of about 10 machines that they call the 30 minute power hour. You basically start at one end, and work to the other with 1-2 reps at each and you get a whole body workout that lasts about 30 minutes. Great for those that dont have much time. They have a nice line of Nautilus equipment, the cable machines, and of course your free weights. In the back they have an area for workout classes with a nice comfort spring flooring, and the locker rooms. Locker room of course are clean and smell clean since its all new. My membership included their Hydro Massage machines which was relaxing after I worked out. Overall I am very happy with the switch. Thanks Crunch!

The facility still looks clean. The employees are all very nice. The classes are excellent and the instructors are excellent. So far my only complaint is that the people using the heavyweights keep dropping them and it is very distracting and annoying especially during yoga class. Letting the weights Bang was against the rules in LA Fitness and Planet Fitness. However, when I asked one of the employees at the desk if they could ask the people using the weights to not bang them, like put up a sign to not let the weights Bang during yoga class, I was told that they cannot do that. I think thats absolutely ridiculous. if they make it a rule then they should expect the members to follow it. Now Im rethinking whether or not I want to keep my membership here.

Really like this gym so far. Ive been to Planet Fitness, L.A Fitness, and Athletic APEX. All gyms local in the Orange City/Sanford location. What I LOVE about this gym is that its almost never packed, the wait time for machines isnt long, and YOU CAN TAN! Ive gone to different gyms but this one has been amazing so far. The ONLY reason why I wont give it 5 stars is because of the hours. I wish they were open later and open earlier on the weekends. The hours needs to be longer! But besides that, I love this gym and highly recommend it.

Fun, friendly, quality gym; the staff is professional and easy-going, the environment is clean, new, modern. There are plenty of machines and free weights and other exercise equipment. Theres no pressure, either from the staff or other patrons. "No judgments" is their slogan and its true. Their rates are more than reasonable and you cant go wrong with this gym experience.

The gym is pretty good but the employees are pretty annoying, I dont see why I would pay $25 for crunch when I can go and pay $25 for L.A fitness, get double what crunch has to offer, and be able to have a membership at under the age of 18, my last experience at crunch was bad with the employees and I will most likely never visit crunch again.

Crunch is by far one of the nicest, if not the nicest, training facilities in Central Florida! The equipment and facility are state of the art. The staff is the most friendly and knowledge around! The price is ridiculously low! Do yourself a favor and try it out. You will be glad you did.

Been coming to this gym for only a week and honestly love it way better then the LA Fitness gym in Lake Mary! Staff is amazing and very friendly and the environment is great, clean equipment and very spacious. Honestly wish they would make a location in either lake Mary or Altamonte.

The place is clean. The staff is good. Caleb was a big help. The ladies Dominique and Stefanie were great. Ladies one warning watch the guys. They wont respect your space while exercising. I will be cancelling my membership.

Great location, great vibe, love the staff, very affordable,especially compared to LA Fitness or planet fitness. I wish there were a sauna... Definitely the most bang for your buck!

The coach yelled at me for making a mistake on one of the machines in front public view. The day I 1st sign up. He was more concerned chatting.
