I came to Spark with minimal weight lifting experience and a desire to put on muscle. David utilized state of the art technology to determine my current weight, body fat percentage, and muscle structure and used his experience to create workout plan and diet plan to help me achieve my goals. For almost six months now Ive had sessions with David three times per week and the results have been nothing short of fantastic. Ive gained 20 pounds, a material portion of the gain being muscle, and I still continue to see positive weekly results in my strength and physical conditioning. Beyond that, the Spark team has equipped me with the knowledge to be able to enter a gym on my own and safely lift free weights with proper form, a skill Im certain Ill carry with me far beyond my relationship with the Spark team. Bottom line: Spark has exceeded my expectations in a multitude of ways. I have been a client at Spark Fitness for a little over a year. My goals were to lose weight and tone. I have lost 16 lbs at Spark Fitness and I feel better than ever. I’m primarily training with Todd Cherkinsky, who is awesome!!! I have also had the pleasure of working with different trainers at Spark Fitness and they all deliver one consistent message to encourage, motivate, inspire and coach me to be the best that I could be mentally and physically like no other gym Ive ever experienced. While all the trainers are outstanding, they also have their own complementary training styles and techniques which keep the workouts wide-ranging, FUN and interesting. My training experience at Spark has exceeded my expectations. The owner, David, and his employees listened to my goals and built a program that will helped me achieve them--and revised it as I progressed. They keep the workouts challenging, without being overbearing or repetitive, and I appreciate their willingness to work around my occasional middle age aches and pains. Unlike the large gyms, it never feels overwhelming to be there; the atmosphere is very positive and upbeat. The trainers combine the best aspects of multiple workout styles--they dont force "one true way" to work out on anyone. Lastly, they have also helped me help myself get my diet on track by sharing tips, including a monthly newsletter.

I started training at Spark Fitness about 6 months ago. My goal was to lose some weight and get back into shape. I stumbled unto Spark fitness, as i worked in the plaza where they are located, and boy am i glad i did! I have been working with David primarily, but have worked out with the other trainers on occasion as well. The trainers are very knowlegable and they make it fun to work out. I have experience with other trainers and I can tell you the ones at Spark Fitness are the best! I have lost several pounds of body fat and gained muscle. Ive been working out there for 12 weeks now and am loving how I feel! I know the plans are tailored for my development. My trainer, Ben, knows what I can handle and gives me encouragement without being a cheerleader. I feel comfortable asking questions when I dont understand what were doing. The gym is clean and the other clients are friendly and no intrusive. Ive seen people there of all ages, sizes, and fitness levels. If you are motivated to train and just need some education and direction, this gym would serve you well.

After going to some name brand gyms and trying to do it myself, my hopes were a little low. Now 5 months into it, this has definitely been one of my best decisions. I am not a person who likes to work out, and the atmosphere here is very comfortable and not all intimidating. I dont feel judged or anything negative when I come to work out. The program they have me on is tailored for me, challenging and hard, but doable to the point where after a couple of months I already feel stronger.
