In the 68 years I have lived in Florida, including the Florida keys, this is the worst mail service I have ever experienced. In the last 3 weeks a mail order medicine shipment not ours was delivered to our mailbox. My pension check which has arrived promptly for over 12 years never showed up this month prompting a call to the fund administrators requiring cancellation and re-issuance of a new check. This process delayed my pension by weeks. Just today I found first class mail in our box BEFORE the mail had been delivered! Obviously it went to the wrong address and at least some nice person took the time to deliver it to us. ADDENDUM: Discovered today, the last day for voter registration, that the form I sent in over two weeks ago via first class mail to Mt.Dora was never received! Fortunately I caught it in time to re-register. Bottom line; important mail going out of Eustis needs to be sent return receipt requested so you have a tracking number and know it was received by the recipient.

I dont know about the post office itself, but our mail carrier is really bad. Puts mail in wrong boxes all the time. Today found a very expensive piece of jewelry mailed to me from Georgia. Evidently the carrier put it in the wrong box but my son found it on the ground. Its been ridiculous how bad the mail service has been for our subdivision, Cricket Lake, here in Eustis. Its almost a different carrier every week. Some of my mail has been opened, packages in bubble envelopes, and taped shut. These are packages with expensive items in them, and tracking numbers. They are supposed to go to 300 LILY PAD LANE 32726-3955 but they dont make it in the right box at the mail box clusters. I also get others mail. This is getting ridiculous and someone with some experience needs to train these new carriers.

Worst post office delivery service Ive experienced in my life. We often get other peoples mail... Ive had TWO package delivery issues in a row. They sorted my last package into the wrong route and I ended up having to go to the post office to pick it up. Today I was expecting an order that included medicine I need. They put it in a box that the key doesnt work. and of course it was delivered at the same time the post office closed, so for the SECOND time IN A ROW, I will get my mail when its convenient for THEM. What are they getting paid for if I have to do all the work to get my mail? Oh! And the other day I was needing to mail a package and unfortunately needed 1 piece of tape "youll have to buy it... Its over there." Worthless.

Terrible delivery service. Lived in multiple addresses in Eustis, so it isnt the carrier. Every time Ive called to inquire or complain, all I receive is excuses. Who gets mail delivered AFTER 6 and its not a package, just typical mail?! I called and complained about this and they stated it just wasnt possible, as all the mail trucks are back in the lot before 5. I dont even get out of work until 5 and my mail wouldnt be there by the time I got home at 5:30, but it would be when my spouse got home at 6 or 6:30? Terrible.

We have had problems the past month or so not receiving mail & I run my business from home, today I noticed that no mail service even came through our street that normally comes. My neighbors flag for mail out was never picked up & Im not happy with the post office. We are missing mail that comes normally the past few days, hasnt & it it has been detrimental to our business. What is going on Eustis! Im getting angry

Poor unresponsive service. Put mail on hold to be delivered on June 19, 2017. Mail NOT delivered. I drove to Eustis post office to pick up, mail not there. I was told it was delivered on June 20th. We just moved here from Orlando and my mail has been put in others peoples mail box and my packages they have lost. I even wrote a note for the mail carrier and they did have the respect to leave me a note back or find my package. It is terrible I am very upset.

Not sure about the post office but my mail delivery lady is very nasty and u pleasant... My items always arrive broken or damaged... Thrown all over the yard and porch.

Tried calling for two days to find my package cant get an answer, mail gets dropped off at neighbors, great job !!!
