Worst customer service scenario. Would have given a zero star if there was an option. Inefficient staff and management. My car has been sitting there for more than a month now. The service lady (Jennifer) never updated on the progress of the repairs. Once she was reached (end of week) after repeated calls, she tried to cover up for her own inefficiency and failure to inform us about the status of our vehicle. When the general manager of this facility was approached last week, he was equally inept and rather than accepting responsibility, he covered up for the inefficiency and wrong statements of his staff whos assigned to our car. Our car was towed to the facility on the 19th of June (Monday) and it wasnt touched and neither we were informed about its estimated repairs for a whole week. On the Friday of that week, it was the first time that we were able to talk to the employee assigned to our vehicle. And that was after repeated calls on our end. Initially was told to expect the repair by July 13th and then extended to July 19. I was never given an update and this morning I had to call as I was getting ready to pick it up and informed that it will be ready by the end of the week (no specific date yet again) !!! Car still not ready today and when complained that we are paying the rental car expenses out of pocket after the 30 days, they are blaming it on our insurance, and how Mercedez are harder to repair and that they are taking time because of their committment to quality. The truth is anything but that. The facility is manned by inept staff who dont want to work and only have coverup false excuses when they are repeatedly pressed upon to provide updates. Autonation is a customer service nightmare! They are trying to dodge their responsibility by asserting that Mercedez vehicles are hard to repair. This is just a coverup to their own laziness and ineptitude. Once our car is given back, we will steer clear of this place. Still waiting and waiting. Only response is excuses, excuses and more lame excuses. Compelled to post our experience here so that future client are warned and know what to expect!

Im not pleased with the level of service at all. The process of fixing our car took a little over one month. 3 weeks out of that month, we ended up spending about $1000 in rentals. The process was estimated to be competed in 3 days by Geico. It was not major damage, their plate perhaps was too full. Each time we called, There was an excuse for the delay. For example, they claim to be detailing the car, that took 2-3 days. I understand they also had to wait for an adjuster to proceed with certain repairs, but the adjuster wasnt the main issue, it was the productivity and efficiency of automation. When they finally called us to report the car was completed and ready to be picked up, we noticed a few areas that had not been repaired completely. We were told it could be done in one day, instead it took 3 days, until they contacted my husband and I to ask what needed to be done with the car. Really? They informed us it could just needed buffering, but 3 days later called us to ask what was needed to be done. Poor service. In the end, one of the areas was reportedly not in the claim, (will take this up with Geico) I give you two stars only because your front desk, and telephone representatives displayed good customer service skills.

Quoted me $500 for a side mirror replacement (f150). Then said they made a mistake and that it would actually be $1,100. I had no choice but to agree since I had already waited over a week for the part and it was dangerous driving with mine broken. Once it was installed the paint work was sloppy, you could see where they pulled the tape and lifted the paint in the corner. They also over sprayed onto the black plastic. Very sloppy over all.

Excellent experience. I had someone smash into the side of my car and thought my world was over. I took my car in and Autonation had my car fixed better than new. Very happy with the work. It took a while but I had perfect communication and knew what was going on. Perfect staff. My repair was completed about 6 months ago and still better than new. Thank you Team.

DO NOT USE this Repair Shop, Car entered Mercedes Benz Auto Nation Collision Center on 09/29/2016 and after all kind of excuses and close to six months later car repair was supposedly completed on 03/24/2017 which I never saw since needing to mobilize I had to use it as a trade in advance for another car at Mercedes of Fort Lauderdale. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Do NOT take your car to this body shop unless you are prepared to not have your car back for at least 3 weeks. Poor communications. I had to call for updates, repeatedly told I would be called back with update and never called back. No excuse, this was the worst customer derive experience.

My vehicle was there for 3 and a half months. I finally got a completion date and didnt get my vehicle back for almost another month. When I went to pick it up, the electronics gave warning lights and one of the tail light casings was out of align. Not recommended.
