There is nothing lower than 1 star. My lowest expectations were shattered. First it took a month to do an estimate. Then another month to get parts, "since they come from Germany". Then I thought they have the parts and will put the car together. NO... I called a week later, and the parts are still in transit. I challenged them on that since I was told the parts arrived already. The answer was that they received wrong parts. Ok, more time passes. Now the car need to go on a "jig" and the insurance company needs to come for additional work to be approved. Mind you, the insurance company only covers $45 per hour and these guys charge $75. The difference comes out of my pocket. I still do not know what my final bill will be or when my car will be ready . The entire time I am paying for a rental car at a "discounted" rate of $45 per day. Every time I call the lady needs to check on the status and promises to call back, but never does. I call later and always get an answer that pushes the schedule at minimum a week... parts, jig, vacations in Germany, waiting on insurance. All this for a rear end accident that was not our fault. And to complete my review: Today Friday 6/3/16 I finally had enough of excuses and went to see for myself. The rear bumper and the tail lights were removed. No body work was performed. I was told by Peter that they are waiting on one part. I called Champion Motors and all parts ordered were provided to Stuttgart. Within a few minutes Peter received a call confirming the part was in. I was assured that my car will be ready by Tuesday 6/7/16. I agreed and drove back to work in my rental. Then I wondered how they were going to straighten all the metal damage, paint and replace the parts in such a short time. I called Peter and asked those questions. He conceded that he was confusing my car with some other car in the shop, and that insurance will have to come to increase the cost of parts and labor... I left work and drove there. I asked for my car back. I asked for the tail lights to be put back on so I can drive it. Weeelllll, I was surrounded by several people. Each trying to lecture me in a stern manner, on how they are the only certified body shop and that I should be patient and wait my turn for the repair. I asked them to prove that the cars they were working on arrived before mine. They accused me of calling them liars. In the mean time, two guys were forcing my removed rear bumper into the back of my car. It would not fit, so they dropped the front passenger seat and managed to jam it in there. They damaged the roof liner in doing so. One older gentleman, who spoke really poor English, tells me that he has everything ready to go into the paint booth and that my car will be ready by Tuesday or Wednesday. I declined his offer. Immediately (I have this on video), he slaps his hands and orders everyone away from my car. Tail lights screwed on by a single screw, bumper in the trunk, and... the car wont start. Why..??? Because it sat in the hot sun for 6 weeks without being turned on once. As I am standing there in disbelief, someone yells out for me to get a flat bed and get the F***king car out of their shop. I called Champion Motors to help. Richard at Champion was super nice. Within ten minutes two Stuttgart guys come out to install the bumper and tail lights. One guy with a boost tries for the next hour to start the car. No luck. Champion sent a flat bed truck and took my car to the deanship. There the car started right away with a boost, but the battery was so dead, it had to be replaced. I have launched a formal complaint with Porsche in Stuttgart and with the North America center in Atlanta. Additional damage these guys have done to my car, the 2 1/2 months of my time they wasted and 6 weeks of rental car payments has cost me thousands of $. And the car is still not fixed, but at least now is safely sitting in my driveway.

Worst experience ever!!! I dropped my car more than 2 months ago. It took 20 calendar days to give me an estimate (first red flag). The owner Peter very rude and unprofessional, I actually took my car to Champions, and they sent the car there. Ive been calling for 3 weeks and either picks up the girl who has been using the card of "new girl, does not know anything" ever since or Georgette, an old poor lady that cannot do anything and I do not blame her. On several occacions I asked for a call back from Peter, because he is always busy or on another call, and never called back. I sent emails and they were never replied. The whole experience has been a total disappointment! When I called Champions Porsche they told me I have to wait, because is out of their hands. I knew this place had a bad reputation, reason I took it to Champions, only to learn later that it will end up here. The whole experience has been horrible, guys Do not, let me repeat do not get into an accident or pick any other place but this one. The other owner, Gene, a total joke, he lied to me they had the parts, and today (60+ days later) they told me they are waiting on a part. Total BS.

DO NOT take your valued Porsche to this shop. I live closer to Havana Cuba than Miami. When I was rear ended I wanted my car repaired by a Porsche Certified Shop. I had the car flat bedded nearly 200 miles to Stuttgart International. When the car was "complete" I paid to have the car shipped back to me. When my car arrived the rear spoiler was bent. Stuttgart claims it was not on the original estimate so they did not fix it. The insurance company claims that Stuttgart should ahve told them it needed to be fixed so they could have added it. The bottom line is I have to now pay over $1200 to ship my car round trip to a Porsche Certified Collision Center or take two days off work and rent a car to drive it up there because no one was smart enough to recognize that the spoiler was bent. I filed a complaint with Porsche because this is a "Porsche Certified" shop. Porsche was no help because Stuttgart claims they will fix it if I bring the car back to them. Long story short their mistake is costing me $$$$ and they refuse to accept responsibility for their mistake.

Absolutely horrible, I have to give them one star because I could not give them any lower. Disgusting quality and the place is a ripoff. Any non specialized body shop could have done a better job. It is disappointing to know that this is the only Porsche certified body shop in the area. Keep an eye on your bill, even if your insurance is paying you are going to want to know that your car is really getting a certified repair. This people will charge the maximum and if you have no knowledge of mechanics they will take advantage of you. I have never given a bad review to a place until I dealt with this body shop. It would not surprise me if this shop looses its certification and a major competitor opens up and takes all their business away. Ohh and my pain is cracking already (2 months later). Working with Porsche of North America to find a solution to this as I am not going back to these crooks.
