Ive had body work done a couple times, and Touch of Class is among the best. Before I got an estimate I scouted a handful of shops to see which one was affordable and well reviewed. The saying goes: cheap work isnt good and good work isnt cheap. This is where Touch of Class comes in. The work is outstanding. I brought my car (BMW 328i) in and it was done by the end of the week after needing extensive body work, a bumper and fender replacement. The finished result was flawless and was within my budget. The cost of parts and labor were on par with the other estimates I had done. Other shops tried to persuade me into replacing parts that were still functioning. Here the reviews speak to the quality and satisfaction. Pay attention body shops because this is how you treat your customers. Rene is a true professional and his crew do top notch work.

My wife was in an accident and needed the tailgate and rear bumper replaced. We brought the vehicle in and everyone seemed nice, but when the car was fixed and we came to pick it up everything changed in a heart beat. Tire on the tailgate was jammed against the rear window, rear wipers didnt work, parts were missing from the car, tire cover was all wrong and I can keep going but to frustrated to keep writing. Guys please take my advice and stay very far from this place. They have no pride in their workmanship or attention to detail. Please what ever response you read from the owner will only be half the story. I have a hectic schedule and dont have time to write reviews like this one, so be smart and shop around there are good shops out there that still believe you should have pride in your work.

I would highly recommend Touch of Class. Very reliable. Family owned. I have personally used them for over 20+ years for mechanic / auto repair, oil changes, paint & body shop, tires, & auto parts. They are the Locals choice and are approved by all the insurance companies. They have done work on my exotic, classic and daily driving vehicles. When one of my vehicles was rear ended, and I mentioned their name to the insurance companys adjuster for obtaining repairs, he immediately indicated that he knew and respected Touch of Class, would accept their work product, adding that they are the best on Miami Beach. They are upfront about the cost of repairs, communicate well, provide time frames that are realistic and a pleasure to work with.

Discovered this place by typing mechanic in google maps. The reviews were the best in Miami Beach. I had a hit and run with some minor damage in rear left of the vehicle. I estimated $1000 for repairs but took it in. Rene and his team were awesome. They said they could fix it in 20 minutes or so (and the guy did it in no more than 10) and then they didnt want to charge me! I could repair a fender which has a very minor dent and paint scrap from another vehicle, and thats that, but it looks great. Very honest, they earned my trust and will be my shop from now on for as long as they continue to be this ethical, quick, friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend you check it out. It worked for me.

Very good and honest people they have in the shop. I went to the shop trying to fix a bent bumper on my very old car. Their technician looked at it and told me that since they only used new parts, it will cost a lot more for me to do the job in their shop. Instead, they wrote down names of several other shops in the area that may carry used parts and encouraged me to look into those shops. I think that is not very common for auto shops who usually just want your money. These guys are trustworthy and I would strongly, strongly recommend it.

Came here because my car suffered a hit and run in a parking lot and my bumper was damaged. I had to return my car back to the leasing company and was frantic and didnt know what to do. I came here and the guys took care of it in a matter of 10 minutes. They even refused to charge me for the quick repair. I recommend this auto body to anyone looking for professional, honest work. Any other place would have told me I needed a new bumper and charged me hundreds of dollars. A++++++++ They were life savers!

Dont get discouraged by his phone manner - he can sound direct, a bit short and no nonsense. But Im glad I did what he told me and came into the shop. He did not waste my time. I went to this shop for an estimate to have my old Volks Cabrio left damaged door fixed. I higly recommend this shop for their honesty and competency. It turned out would be a lost of money for me to have it done and was referred to somebody else where I could buy a used door, same color, so no necessary painting, no body work to be done. AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I highly recommend Touch of Class Paint & Body Shop. They did an immaculate job on my Lexus is250! The service from start to finish was top of the line and first class. Rene is great and his communication though the whole process is perfect! Check them out for any auto paint and body needs. They are fair and the best in Miami!
