Terrible service and customer service. The manager Melanie got an attitude with me because i refused to be ripped off and pushed around. I brought my car in for repairs after someone backed into me. They called me Thursday afternoon to tell me the car was ready to be picked up. I went in first thing Friday morning paid and they brought my car to my office two doors down after they "cleaned" the vehicle. When i received my car back, I noticed that the bumper was not fixed correctly there was a gap between the back quarter panel and the bumper. After starting the car up and pulling out of my driveway noticed that my blinker was not working. I Got out and checked it to find out that none of the lights were working in the back. I brought it to them to notify them repairs were not done correctly and my lights were not working. I also noticed a big black boot print on the passenger floor. I asked them to please fix the issues that were not resolved in the first place. After waiting 3 hours for them to pick the vehicle back up. I went to the sister shop around the corner to speak to the gentleman who gave me the original quote. He said they would fix it first thing Monday morning. My car still is not fixed and the manager gave me such an attitude and cussed at me. I am appalled. This has been such a nightmare and my vehicle is still not repaired. I am very dissatisfied and will surely never do business here again. I will be sure to let friends and family know to stay away from this shop as they are rude to customers and do not do the job the right way.

Unfortunately, we had a very poor experience with Caliber Collision. We brought car in for repair from damage done by a Valet Service. Received estimate, and left car with them to begin repairs, as we were heading out of town for a few days. While out of town, we received a call from Sam stating they needed some additional paperwork. They also wanted to transport the car to Stuart Florida (???). I was not completely comfortable with moving the car farther away, but asked when car would be done. Sam said he would call back and let me know. Returned from trip on Wednesday. Never recd any call. Called Caliber on Friday for update on car progress. Absolutely nothing had been done. We asked Sam why he never called us to either ask again if they could move the car to Stuart or otherwise do SOMETHING with car; He had no answer except a very short sorry; it’s been a busy week. Talked to Manager, Bob, regarding series of events. His customer service skills not much better. He stated he "would talk to Sam about not calling us back." No true effort to try to address their error. Would recommend to all to find another provider. If this is how they handle a problem when service has not even been delivered yet, imagine how they would handle it if there WAS a problem with your repair.

From the moment I walked in I was treated with courtesy and respect. That even continued AFTER I picked up my car the following week! Gene and the rest of the staff at Cal. Col. were very transparent, friendly, and generous with the care they showed me and my car. I really appreciated Genes touching base with me every few days to keep me posted on the progress of my repair (which turned out better than I could have hoped when they replaced the front bumper) as well as the fact that he didnt try to push me into other unnecessary yet expensive repairs. Yes, he DID recommend one for a broken light, but that was less than $30 all told. Even more than that he was able to get a problem Ive had with the interior door panel for years taken care of, at no extra charge! I went into Cal. Col. as All-State suggested them for my vehicle repair (even though I was going to go elsewhere), though I went with trepidation. Now, Ill never go anywhere else. Theyve won a customer for life. Hope yall found this helpful.

I have taken two vehicles to Caliber Collision, one when they were Preferred Auto, and one as Caliber, and they have done a superb job both times! I had multiple quotes for both vehicles (a BMW Z4 and Land Rover LR3), and they were the most competitive quotes in both cases. Work was done on time, and they did an EXCELLENT job. We recently referred a friend who had gotten quotes to deal with some dents an paint scrapes on her Mercedes SL, and she has not stopped thanking us for referring her. Gorgeous car, and I think the other shops she had visited, were going to charge her what they thought she would pay, versus what was a fair rate. The team at Caliber treated her wonderfully and once again, the work was excellent. Thank you Mel and team! Doug Garcia

I had my vehicle serviced at caliber collision Jupiter for a pulled bumper. My estimator was Gene Whelan. From start to finish the experience was terrible. The ending bill was 38 percent more than the estimate AND it was not fixed properly. When they re attached the bumper it does not line up with the hood. I will have to take it to another shop to get it fixed right. Gene said there is really nothing they can do, and also said well you do know that it has been in an accident right? .... thats the reason why people bring their automobiles to body shops! I dont mind paying top dollar if you receive quality work and its done right. But this shop does not follow through on their commitments. I would try another shop.

Stopped in to Caliber in Jupiter today to see how much it would cost to have a collapsed plastic bumper bumped out on my CX9. Was turning the leased vehicle in and didnt want to spend to much. I was prepared and expected to spend 150.00 or so. I was greeted outside by a very nice gentleman, showed him the damage and explained that i was going to return the lease. He said "let me have the keys, Ill be back in 10 minutes". I went inside and was greeted by a charming receptionist. After no more than 10 minutes the man returned w/ my car. Bumper fixed. I asked how much I owed him he said dont worry about it. Wow! Can not say enough about the great experience. Made my day! Ill be recommending this place for life.

I dont normally write reviews, but felt compelled to do so after the outstanding service I received at Caliber Collision this week. Even though I paid them an unscheduled visit nearing close of business, Rob & Chris went out of their way to help identify the issue with my car and, when the repair was out of Calibers purview, Rob personally escorted me to the mechanics shop. I cant recommend Caliber Collision highly enough! Thank you!!!

their work is good but their scheduling (my experience was terrible). I took my car in for an estimate and they said they were buried and to come back next week. the next week I got the same run around. once I got them to schedule my car, after waiting 2 weeks, my car was finished and they did a fantastic job. quick summary, terrible customer service but excellent work.. catch22.
