I went to this place because I was referred to him by one of his friends. I was in an accident brought my car to him to fix I received my car back with the new hood of the car with two internal dents! The side of my car door had more damage to it than it was when I gave him my car (remind you the door wasnt in the agreement to fix for he accident only the front of my car) and the lights area was loose. I explained to him what I didnt like and the first sentence that came out of his mouth was "any further damage didnt happen from his workers" after I told him this is not how the side of my door looked when I first brought it to him. After two minutes of going back and forth he offered to fix the door for "free" stated it would take three days bring it when I have the time. Remind you if you state you didnt do anything g wrong why would you offer up the free $600 service? I dropped my car off Monday waited for him to call me to pick back up my car. He never called and my rental was due Thursday at 10am I called to inform him that! Deborah the receptionist tried to hand him the phone he didnt want to take it but instead spoke on how annoyed he was of me and told he to relay a message hat it would be ready on Thursday. He didnt provide me with a time to come and get it. I showed up after dropping my rental off at 10:30am he asked me why am I here. He started to snap on me telling me the car wouldnt be ready until the end of the day (which he stated he told me). I waited until 1:30 received my car and went down the street to show my bf I realized that the door handle had a scratch on it that it didnt have before. Went back to tell him his words were "that wasnt done by my guys" basically saying within the 5 mins of me having my car I was the one who did the damage. As a business woman my morals is the customer is always right! Even if theyre wrong you treat them accordingly! You do not curse out a customer infront of other potential customers and you dont not play the pointing finger game! I am strongly unsatisfied with his work ethics as well as the job that was given to my car! I will NEVER go to this place again.

Matt and his team did AMAZING work on my car- I got into a nasty wreck, and when they got done with it, it looked like a whole new car. Not only did they fix the major things, but I had a few minor cosmetic things wrong with my car (before the accident), and Matt took the liberty of taking care of those too. Beyond the actual repairs of my car, I had the insurance company and car rental company to deal with, and Matt took that weight off of my shoulders as well, making phone calls for me, dealing with the adjustors, and making sure that I was a HAPPY, and not stressed out, customer. Betty (in the office) always made sure that any questions I had were answered, and treated me like family. All in all, it was a great experience because of the small town ethics, efficient staff, and excellent workmanship. I will be returning to Matt and Unique Auto Body for all of my car needs in the future. They are the BEST!

Had my old car repainted here TWICE in a 4 year period. Both times the paint started flaking and crazing after one year. They would not honor the 3 year guarantee saying the paint manufacturer wouldnt guarantee it in Florida. Then - why didnt they tell me that in the beginning ? I was told later that the paint is not nearly as important as the labor to COMPLETELY remove all the OLD paint. I finally took the same car to Renew Auto Collision on NE 6 Ave in Oakland Park and for the same price got the job done and they even put the tiny flecks in the paint (as original) and IT LASTED and LASTED and LASTED...

Great price and very great quality . Matt and Chris are awesome , I went to get an estimate from 2 body shops , but Matt was very friendly and gave me a good price , Matt and crew knows what they are doing. My car looks like new and they detailed it before delivery. A super shop, I will be taking all my cars there for body and paint.

Most unprofessional place in Fort Lauderdale HANDS DOWN. Quoted me 2 weeks to get my car done, ended up taking around 2 months and gave me the car back STILL NOT FINISHED, the paint is already looking dull in certain spots and the weather stripping was never put back on my car properly. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE.

Excellent work, completed earlier than expected, on point with insurance estimate, on site pickup and drop off service with rental car agency, car washed upon arrival, this is small shop and they totally pay attention to details, it doesnt get any better than this!

Unfortunately weve done too much work with Matt and his team, (I need to learn to back up properly!), but weve always been satisfied, treated well, received good value. Theres nothing Matt cant find, do or repair. We and our cars are lucky to have him.

I brought my Subaru BRZ in here and they did a perfect job on the paint. It looks brand new again, they also got my windows tinted exactly how I asked and it was a great job. I met both the people who mainly work there and they are great at what they do!

These guys are GREAT!!!!!!! I have had 2 cars done here. I also got it one of the cars tinted. My 2012 BMW 335i & my Subaru BRZ were both fixed here. They did a great job, perfect. Could not tell my bumper was redone and repainted on both cars.
