WARNING...WARNING... WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE...WARNING!!! WARNING!!! WORST EXPERIENCE OF A LIFE TIME!!! do NOT!! go here.... WARNING!!!!! MY EXPERIENCE WAS IN JUNE 2011 I was told my repair would be 3 days 2 weeks later and the WORST repair and paint job. You can see sanding scratches, they got dirt in my paint when i confronted them I was told to bring it back in a 2 weeks that the paint had to harden. I didnt know any better went back in the 2 weeks and was told to come back in 2 more... I was being put off. the manager Mark told me when I picked up my car if i paid in cash that he would save me the sales tax so like everyone Im in for a little savings. BIG MISTAKE because he never gave me a receipt. I dont have a leg to stand on. I should of gone with my gut feeling because when I first went into this place an old mam was sitting at a desk and the manager took me outside looked at my car and asked my to return after 5:30 that evening as he he he could offer me a better deal but had to do it away from as he called him "the old man" When i picked my car up he also had me pick it up on a Friday at 6pm. I believe not only was I screwed because i paid cash and did not get a reciept but the older man I believe did not get the $1800 I paid this man Mark for my car. They will NOT do anything to fix my car. I was told by a big over weight middle aged raspy voiced man who said its his business that without any paperwork he cant do anything. BULLS@#T!!! THEY TOOK MY MONEY MY $1800 THEY DO SHOTTY WORK THEY DONT BELONG TO THE BBB, THEY DONT STAND BEHIND THE WORK THEY LIE ... I PAID FOR BASE COAT CLEAR COAT ON MY CAR... NOPE!!! I WENT TO A DIFFERENT SHOP TO GET MY CAR FIXED AS THEY WOULDNT FIX THERE SCREW UP RIGHT AND I WAS INFORMED I DIDNT HAVE A BASE COAT CLEAR COAT PAINT JOB THEY GAVE ME A CHEAP!!! PAINT JOB THEY USED A SINGLE STAGE PAINT & INTER GRADED CLEAR INTO IT. THEY ARE THIEFS KEEP FAR WAY FROM THEM. WARNING!!! WARNING!!! Hello To all readers. I dont know who leaves these reviews But it must be a discruntal employee!!.. I went there to see for my self this poor mismanaged place.. To my surprise the managment was Very Professional.. The Manager Mark greeted me with a smile and a hand shake.. I Proceeded to show him my damaged area.. He was very informitive on how the repairs would be performed.. Gave me the option of a 1 year or 3 year warrentee..I elected to leave my auto there for repairs... Low and behold My auto was repaired in less time then i was quoted. The finnish was undetectible where the damage was. as a matter of fact it looked better then the rest of the car.. I am a Very Satisfied customer,, I had to see to believe and dont believe untill you have experienced it first hand.. The sweetest Cocker Spaniel i ever encounted was there .. When i picked up my car i was happy to give Tundra a Treat... I would Recomend this Family owned shop to ANYONE. I hope my testimonial hepls someone else to make a decision based on there onw experience I DID !!!!!

After my experience with A-1 paint and body, family owned & orientated business, I was very satisfied with the professional courtesy and service received. The shop is squeaky-clean & all the employees were knowledgeable & friendly. The owner, Tony is great guy with a wonderful staff. The manager, Deborah was extremely knowledgeable, accommodating & friendly to my specific needs. She arrived early to allow me to get to work on time. She arranged for the rental people to pick me up me up, immediately, even during a busy afternoon on my brief lunch break. The repair & paint that was performed on my vehicle is undetectable. The body work was impeccable, the paint matched seamlessly. Gary performed A+ work on all aspects of damaged body of the car and exceeded my expectations. I would refer anyone to A-1 whose looking for expert auto body and paint repair work on their vehicle. -Davis

the crew at a1 did a excellent job. I have a 1994 Honda accord that I needed to revamp. it had rust holes, dents and the paint was extremely worn out. these fine gentlemen took the time out to perfect the job necessary. and I paid 3,268 at the end, but It was done fantastically.. though it took awhile, it was necessary perhaps because of the deal I got. I figure if I didnt get the deal, I would have paid 4000 and would have still had to wait at least a month. one of the reasons however, why it took awhile, was because I had a special orange paint done. so now my car is BRIGHT orange. if you are in my shoes and you want the same thing done here expect a long wait time (45 days). while it might be frustrating to see cars going in an out, just be patient.

My car looks brand new. To update: After a few months I took it for its first long trip. About an Hour in stuff started to rattle. Ended up the rear quarter panel and both rear roof rack covers were loose. The RR covers have to be replaced since they were apparently broken when they were removed and put back on. They helped me out with the quarter panel, but just slammed in a plastic lock but the quarter panel is still wonky. I showed the guy some paint chips that occurred since the paint was/is so soft, and he just blew me off. For having my car of a month, a little disappointing.

The front of my car was in bad shape. I needed a whole new front bumper, fender, and headlight on my car. I brought an estimate in from another place and they beat them by a mile. Larry really worked with me to get it to a very reasonable price. I ended up saving over $1,500 with him. Im very pleased with everything they have done. They got the job done in less time than they expected, but it is quality work. The car looks much better than it did even before the accident, Im very happy for choosing them to work on my car. Ill definitely go back there if I ever need work done again.

Needed to have 4 pieces for my 2010 Jeep Wrangler Painted, One of the Pieces I wanted in a textured black. The gentlemen at the shop were courteous and knowledgeable about all facets of the job. They guided me in how the process was to be done and how quickly they would have them for me. In every aspect of customer service and satisfaction the employees and managers at A-1 Paint and Body surpassed my expectations. I would recommend any of my family or friends to visit them for their auto body needs. Great Job!!
