I agree totally with all the rip off reports. This unscrupulous man destroyed my VW; I went there because of my radiator and also for body work through an insurance company. He replaced my radiator and did not connect a hose that cooled my transmission. The car kept overheating and I took it back 3 times: Mistake! The last time, I refused to spend more money, and he returned it with the fan in pieces. I have pictures. My transmission was ruined, and I spent $500 with another mechanic trying to repair the cooling system. Further, he connected a headlight to the other headlight with a tiny cable, and they both shorted out in the middle of a highway, at night of course. All women, beware of this man! If you cant check his work, hell ruin your car. Oh! And dont believe him if he tries to sell you a new battery! In the countless hours I spent waiting on my car, he did that 3 times. (One star because posting doesnt allow none)

Unfortunately I had to stop at this place because my clutch cable busted half a block from this shop, they helped me out bringing it in, they told me it would cost a "X" amount of money and i payed and went to pick it up in the next day, well half a year later ( I dont drive my truck every day only on special occasions) I start hearing terrible noises on the transmission and decided to take to a specialist. He told me that i needed to rebuild my transmission because the person that installed the clutch had forgot to lubricate the parts or even put the trim right, there was so much wrong with the way they put the thing that every time i stepped on it you could hear a big clunck! its costing me almost 2k just because i had to stop at this place, so IF YOU HAVE THE CHANCE GET AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

Para empezar recibes la atención directa del propietario desde que tu le explicas que es lo que le pasa a tu auto el con sus conocimientos ya te esta dando un diagnóstico el cual termina confirmandose con la revisión de sus trabajadores y comienzan a trabajar tu auto lo malo que tienen siempre mucho trabajo y tienes que esperar tu turno y eso lo hace un poco desesperante pero seguro.

My dealings with Oscar were horrible. I gave him $1500 to purchase a new 4-link suspension and install in into the vehicle prior to shipping it. Instead of purchasing the 4-link suspension, Oscar installed used parts he had in his shop. These parts were the wrong size and the panhard bar was missing from the installation (the panhard bar is a vital part to a 4-link suspension). If this werent wrong enough, Oscar installed the used parts and did the worst welding job Ive ever seen. Upon its arrival, the welding completely failed, causing the rearend to completely separate from the vehicle. Thankfully this was a project vehicle and no one was driving it. Oscar has failed to return any of my repeated calls to text messages for reimbursement.

Took my car to get a.c. compressor and gas pump changed. Ended up having to return several times.Their "new" gas pump failed and after they exchanged it they broke my gas tank and it was left leaking . They blamed it on the age of my car and not the fact that they had to drop my gas tank up to three times due to their poor quality parts. The "new" a.c. compressor makes a loud clanking noise and is failing as well. Payed hundreds thinking I was fixing my car and ended up with the same parts broken and my gas tank and gas money leaking right out . If you want a peace of mind and to make sure your hard earned money is being invested in your car with quailty work and parts stay away from Oscars.

this place is a BROUGHT MY NISSAN ALTIMA 2006 THERE AND THEY CHARGED ME $750 TO FIX A PROBLEM. THEY ASSURED ME IT WAS FIXED. SO I GET ON ALLIGATOR ALLEY AND THE SAME PROBLEM I WAS HAVING HAPPEND AGAIN. SO I GET TOWED BACK TO HIS SHOP AND THEY CHARGE ME ANOTHER $ 150 TO FIX THE PROBLEM THAT SHOULD OF BEEN FIXED THE FIRST TIME. THIS PLACE IS A RIPOFF I DONT ADVISE ANYONE BRING A VEHICLE THERE, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT DO A PROFESSIONAL JOB. I WOULDNT RECCOMEND THEM TO MY WORST ENEMIES. BEWARE WATCH OUT FOR EL ARGENTINO THATS HIS NAME HES A CON ARTIST AND A LIAR IF YOU SEE THE SHOP JUST KEEP DRIVING BY. I HOPE THEY GET WHAT THEY DESERVE

I had the worst esperience ever!!!. Oscar will take advantage of you!. He will create a problem if you do not have one!. He has a bunch of drunks and drug addicts working for him. I would like for everyone to be warned about his establishment. He is a complete RIPP OFF ARTIST!!!. I had my car there for 16 days because he did not want to return my money. I dont know how he is doing business in this country. !. Very unprofessional, He is a crook!!.. I publish the truth, I am warning the consumer out of good faith so that you will not loose your $$ money. Good Luck. Take your car somewhere else.

worst experience ever people dont talk to each other they dont keep you in track of whats going on when you rent a car it gets overheated they say they had another carand what they do its fixed the same that they gave you the same car that they gave me it got overheated again and now no one its answering the phone to help me this shop its a f****** piece of s*** and it should be closed down

I Went to 3 different places to get my car fix and they were charging me over $700 more then Oscar Complete for something that they couldnt even tell me. When i took it to oscars he found the problem was electric and charged me $110. its been 2 weeks i have no problems with my car, Iam very happy with the service and i will recomend this place to my friends

If theres a heaven for auto repair this is the place. I went in with a bad attitude and left with the biggest smile. Made my car feel brand new. I wanted to wait a month before putting a review to make sure everything was really fine but its been 3 months now and my baby is still driving like its brand new. Thank you Oscar!

This place is amazing. My A/C has been giving me problems and after going to 6 different auto mechanics, this is the only one that actually addressed my concerns and I didnt feel misguided. Their prices are competitive and their customer service is A++! This place is wonderful.

This is a complete ripoff. They are unprofessional, never have the car when they say they will. Nobody talks to each other, so if you ask the guy in the office for an oil change, youre going to have to check with the mechanic yourself to see if it was actually ordered.

Not only they are not customer friendly, they are not honest telling you other problems the car might have and that could be fixed at the same time. They want you to come back again and again and suck all the money they possibly can get from you.
