If I could give them ZERO stars I would! Its been almost a month since Ive got my vehicle back and they have yet to fix what they messed up on my car. Serveral calls to GEICO and the shop and no one seems to care or return a phone call even. The paint job is the worst Ive seen, dimples everywhere, visible runs in the paint. They wont properly cover your car when spraying resulting in overspray EVERYWHERE. We specifically told them when dropping off the car to please make sure to cover the rims on the car as they are practically new (only a few months old) and even being told the obvious they couldnt get it right. They have damaged $3000 worth of brand new rims with overspray and paint! To add insult to the wound they of course tried to deny it in the beginning even when the proof was right in their face and several failed attempts and several hours of my time to "fix" their mistake only resulted in them messing it up even more. And dont think their other location is any better than the next. We received a call from the owner Cooper who asked us to bring the vehicle to the Tamarac location so they could take a look at it and try to get it fixed properly. After meeting with him he AGREED they clearly didnt cover the rims when spraying and completely took the sheen off trying to fix their mistake to begin with. The runs and dimples in the paint and the mirror they tried to tell us was brand new yet the cover fell off the same day we brought the car home. He assured us he was going to order a new mirror and as soon as it came in (by the end of the week he said) they they would give us a call and schedule for us to bring the vehicle in and properly fix everything that was wrong. Sounds good right? WRONG. This was about 2 weeks ago now and we have yet to get a call from anyone dispite several calls to shop to GEICO and several attempts to reach the adjuster even. Im sure this all stems from them not wanting to have to pay to repair the rims they damage as I took to it where I bought them and they confirmed the issue and its almost $2000 and 2-3 days of work to fix them. And dont think youll be able to get in touch with the owner again either. I called the body shop as his number is forwarded to the shop and ask to speak to him and was told he was outside assisting a customer and they could take a message. I then called the other location just out of curiosity and asked to speak to him and was told the same EXACT thing that he was outside assisting a customer and they could take a message. Hmm interesting 2 places at once... I have given them MORE than ample time to fix this before leaving this review but it has gotten to the point that its just straight BAD customer service now. Fred lightly if you are considering taking your vehicle to one of their locations!

I was involved in an accident over 1000 miles from home , Im a little older, I was hit from the side by a driver with no license or insurance , my car couldnt be driven . I was hit in a parking lot, the police very rude After writing the report the other driver drove away along with the police, I called a few car rental companys all said no cars , I called my insurance company my phone died , i felt so alone , no friend to call, my family 4 hours away . I noticed a body shop across the street , walked over and ask for help, everyone was too busy , finally the lady ask who is your insurance , Geico I said She replied will get to you. While waiting an employee said you should go to Carolina auto body a block away. The weather very hot and started raining a block away I walked in Carolina Auto Body and was greeted by Dustin , He gave some water sat me down , started to make small talk , when he was confident I was ok , he secured my car and belongings , I told him there was no rental cars available , he smiled dont you worry Ill get you a rental car . When the rental car arrive , he help me transfer my treasures . He had the girl call my insurance Company , made all the arrangements I thought theyll never do a good job on my car I live in New Jersey , he explain the history of the company how they originated in Carolinas, he said the work ethic was 2nd to none , Dustin called me everyday , sent me e mails , offered to fix a few other dents I had for $1300 Which I had been putting off, I agreed to the additional repairs . When the insurance copy was pushy , or the rental company called and said the insurance stop paying for the rental , I mentioned it to Dustin , he handled them all 100% I said to my wife the car was hit so hard it will never drive right again , Im going to drive it right to the dealer and trade it in , I picked up the car thank Dustin my new friend , ask directions to a new car dealership Started driving , called my wife you wont believe this the car drives like brand new , the repairs are perfect Im bringing her home

Excellent experience overall! I had to recently drop my 4Runner off for body work, and had a great experience. I was greeted by Jeannnie Weir (insurance rep) and Judy Manno (bodyshop rep), both of who took the time to look at my vehicle and walk me through the insurance/body work process. They made what is usually a long and frustrating process, seem very simple, thorough, and pleasant. I also met with another staff member (Mario) and a mechanic, that would be working on my vehicle. They showed me exactly what was wrong and how they would fix it, and took the time to answer any questions I had. Overall, it was a very good experience and I highly recommend Carolina body shop. I left feeling very secure about my vehicle and knew it was in good hands and it would get the proper repairs it needed. The staff is great!

Went for appraisal after accident that was not my fault. Gave the Rep the info for the other insured, adjusters name, #, etc. Waited a few days and called, the Rep was not available, but I was sent to his voicemail. I left message. Never heard a word that week. Thinking maybe they were just trying to get everything sorted out between them and the insured, I decided to give them a few more days. Still nothing!!! So after more than two weeks, I finally reached the Rep, after trying to explain who I was, what we had talked about, what kind of car it is and the damage, I realized he had NO CLUE who I was and that NOTHING had been done or followed up on. At this point, I told him to forget about it, I would find someplace else to have my bodywork done. I figured if the work was like the service, I would be in trouble.

This place does a outstanding job. Jake the Manager keep this place spotless l have never had service like this at a paint and body shop. I had a piece of molding came lose on the driver side not only that was taken care of they want ahead and took care of The passenger side. To make sure that would not separate from the car. It was all part of a accident. The Job was outstanding. Never once had to call them they kept informed with me constantly. My car was very clean when it was all finishes. I have had Allstate insurance for over 30 years. I would like to see Allstate insurance hook up with them. Customer service was outstanding. Work was done perfect. It was Done on time. Highly recommend them.
