Had extensive hail damage to my brand new car during March 2013. Had an insurance agent give me a quote and a check within a few days. Decided to go with Capitol in Flowood because they were very close to my house and seemed like a good business. I was terribly wrong. I took my car to them and they said since my car had no window damage and was still drive-able I could keep my car, they would hold on to my check, and put me on a waiting list. Terrible, terrible idea. To put in perspective, 2 of my friends had the same amount of damage to their cars, choose different body shops, and had their cars back within 2 months. July rolls around and Im still waiting. I had been calling them every two weeks to get updates, all of which were "there are still X number of people in front of you, but we are making progress." Their so called progress was 1 to less than 1 car per week. Called them the beginning of July to get an update and was told, "We still have 3 people in front of you, and we will have you in the beginning of August. We will call you a week earlier though to get on your schedule to bring it in." August 2nd arrives and I call back only to hear, "Im sorry but we do still have more people in front of you and at this point it looks like its going to be another month." I decline and decide to take my business elsewhere. Come to find out they have already cashed my check when they havent even turned a single bolt on my car. In order to get a refund check the boss has to sign it, and that took over a week as well just to cut a check. Terrible business procedures, will never recommend them or take my business there.

I had my car repaired here after an accident, they completed the service and it turns out they forgot to put free-on in my air conditioner after emptying it. I was at the honda dealership having general service done and asked them to check why my air conditioner wasnt blowing cold and that is how I found out. I went back to Capital and made them fill the freeon back up but they absolutely refused to pay the $80 I was charged by honda to find out that they had made a mistake. I gave them business twice so far totaling over $5,000 and I told them they were going to lose a customer over $80 that they should be responsible for because they were the ones that forgot to add the freeon and they could of cared less. I will never give them my business again.

My son had an accident and the police called Capitol to come get the car. They were told by the police that we didnt have collision. This was on Easter Sunday. I had my son call them on Monday and a girl answered and said she was by herself in the office and was just now entering the information on the car and would call us back. She never did. I had my son call Tuesday morning and he got a man who also said he would call him back. I finally called after lunch Tuesday myself and was told that they didnt work up an estimate on the car because I didnt have insurance??? and the tow and storage fees were already at $391.62. Do not let the police ever call this company to the scene. Horrible company

tooo my truck here for service. Upon pickup I noticed water/chemical spots that were not there prior to my drop off. Representative Josh told me he would take it to the back to see if they could buff the spots off. 10 minutes later, they bring my truck back and there are scratches all over the area that I complained had the water spots. And they wont take responsibility for any of it. I will be contacting my lawyer to get this resolved. Dont take your vehicle here.

My 17 year old daughter rolled her car. After arriving I was more interested in getting her to the Rankin medical center than getting her things out of the car. The car was towed. Two computers, one camera stolen. Driver - Jason I complained denial was all I received. Thanks Doug W.
