I strongly recommend you stay far away from this repair shop unless you are rich and like wasting money. I got into a car accident on May 30th and my car was towed by Emerald towing and I was told at the scene that my car was totaled. My car insurance took too long to go out and look at my car to confirm that so the tow company told me my car isn’t totaled and recommend Auto Body Concepts so I agreed to have it towed there, HUGE MISTAKE. My car was there from the second week of June. They told me it should take the max amount of time of 3 weeks for it to be repaired. They told me all I have to pay when my car is picked up is $1,400, my deductible and towing and storage. Every 2 weeks I called to find out the status of the repair and every time I called they said they were waiting on a supplement from my insurance company and that I still only had to come up with $1,400 to pick the car up. Finally, the first or second week of August they called and told me my car is finished but on top of the $1,400 they will also need another $2,500 in labor charges that my insurance refused to pay them. So I called my insurance company and they informed they already paid them $8,700 to fix my car and they never informed them that their labor rates were different from theirs. So I asked me insurance to send me all the estimates and supplements that Auto Body Concepts sent them and they did along with the checks that they sent to them for payment. Never once did Auto Body Concepts include in their estimates or supplements that the labor charges were any different and my insurance paid every estimate and supplement they sent to them. The lady that originally called me told me this is the biggest labor bill she has ever seen and she has no clue why it is so high. I am a single mother of three kids not even making more than $1,700 a month I can’t afford to pay them $3,900 to get my car back so now we are stuck walking back and forth form school and work in the heat and rain because they are a bunch of DISHONEST CROOKS. Even their employee said so when we went to take my license plate of the car that they are a bunch of scam artist and always over charging people for work. But karma is a powerful thing and they reap what they sow and they will get theirs soon. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE

!!!WARNING!!! DO NOT bring your vehicle here or have it towed to this shop! My 60 year old mother got into an accident while visiting. Not only did this company take forever it was the worst experience myself or any single person could ever have! They have "0" communication skills and when you do get them to answer they will not hesitate to name call and curse at you.. Anthony told my mother she would regret telling them how she felt about their business and low and behold when she finally received her vehicle the door was kicked in and passenger side mirror broken off! Unbelievable!! As if that wasnt enough.... She took it in to ford and found out they had, for no reason unbolted the front seats that her and my daughter, my grandmother, and other people that are VERY dear to me might be sitting in. If there would have been another collision someone would have gotten killed! WTF!?! So my questions include... Do you guys think this is funny? Putting peoples lives at risk! Do you think its a game? Are you sick or just that unpleased with your own life that you would do a scumbag thing like this?? I would like to threaten you but I dont believe it would do any good! Youre too ignorant to realize that if you try to harm someones family member that someone out there just may want to harm you!

They broke all of the cds I had in my car. I told them not to clean the inside of my car and everything in my glove box is gone such as my registration, title, my cars booklet and roadside assistance papers. Also I had a dead battery and no gas in my car. My. Battery was only a few months old. I had a half a tank of gas when it was brought there. Emerald towing and ABC auto body concepts are in cahoots with each other. My car was brought to the shop without my permission and a lady showed up at my house to tell me my car was there. I didnt give Permission to let it go from emerald towing to the shop. They are a chop shop with no class. They milked my insurance company for more parts and took a month just to tell me that I needed more work on my car. So I had my car transferred to a dealership that is when they broke my cds and stole everything in my glove box. BEWARE of ABC auto body concepts

This shop did an absolutely phenomenal job. I brought them my 2014 GMC Sierra after being involved in a hit a run accident. The truck was pretty beat up and they took it without a single question. They called the insurance company with me and helped me through the very difficult situation. I am very impressed with the work that they did plus they gave me a ride home and the next day got me into a rental car. They also kept me informed throughout the process as well as provided me with pictures of the damage that I couldnt see from the outside. I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone and everyone I know, and I have already recommended so many people to them that have been satisfied.

The worst company ever. I got into a car accident a guy from emerald towing showed up out of nowhere and took a whole bunch of information from me then next thing I know my car was at ABC, when I was told the car was going to Brahman Honda. When I found they were lying, I came to release my car that was only there for 2 days and had to pay a fee of $1259. I had to call the cops in order to finally removed my vehicle from them. The worst company ever scumbags. Emerald towing and ABC are in cahoots together. Run as far away as possible. Dude had the nerve to tell me that Im making a big mistakes. The WORST!!! The WORST!!!

This place is one of the biggest crooked shops in South Florida. They pay tow truck drivers to take your car from the scene of an accident to their shop. They will say anything to get you to sign a repair authorization. They then rack up hundreds of dollars in shady fees for the insurance company to pay after just a few days of your car sitting there. If you want to take it out of there for it to be fixed somewhere else, expect a hassle. Dont ever let your car go there. Be extra careful with a guy named Anthony there. Hes got a mouth on him that is going to get him in big trouble soon.

I will keep posting about this place until it gets shut down. They scam you at the scene of the accident while you are vulnerable. They are in partnership with emerald towing who "tells you" where to have your car towed. They then have someone show up at your FRONT DOOR at 9am telling you that you have to sign these papers for your insurance. They coach you on what to tell your insurance company so they get paid more. They keep your car for MONTHS and it ends up worse than it started because they add more damage themselves. The list goes on... RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
