I work 40 hours in the morning and 40 hours at night so I was willing to pay for a good spa as long as i got a good treatment w great service. from the moment i called to book, the receptionist was SOOO helpful and excited to help me. when i got there the customer service was great. everyone was so kind. i got my first deep tissue massage and after i got the hangover treatment. you can get a massage anywhere but the service is what made this special. and the prices werent insane either. you get your moneys worth and more. they anticipate your needs and figure out whats best for YOU not how they want. i loved it. i will be going back. also the fact that its a small intimate location made it warm and homey.

Diisappointing. The massage was excellent, very unfriendly staff, acted like they hated being at work. Especially not so nice pedicurist and manicurest. Never smiled. Had purchased a package including lunch but when my choice that they had given me as a choice was not available they made no offer for a substitution. I tipped but really hated to. Very poor service. Definitely not service with a smile. Seems like all the employees were too anxious to go outside to the parking garage where they had a table set up to eat their lunch and read magazines.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have dealt with in years. Owners are out of town for 2 weeks and the person "in charge" is rude and unable to make a rational decision regarding a purchase of a gift card less than 24 hours ago. They have just lost 4 customers and once word of mouth spreads, that number will surely go up. Im sure the owners will be pleased to know their staff just cost them much more than money, but their reputation.

Do not give them your e-mail address. They keep spamming me with promotional offers, and when I try to unsubscribe I get an error message every time. I have sent them two messages asking them to unsubscribe me manually, and I continue to get something from them at least every two or three days, with no response to my messages.

As a guy I normally do not partake in spa facials, however after a long day of working my face was a mess. A friend recommend an esthethetian named Yolanda. Well long story short she was amazing. My blackheads were gone and the massage was great. Hint the scalp massage was epic.

Always a great experience when I come here for facials and massages. Vicki is a stellar massage therapist and the ambiance is very cool. At times it can be pretty busy so go on off hours if you get the chance.
