Cachet is under new management and is not the same place. Was there 3 hours. The owner started my nails and could not due them because they where "TOO LONG" for powder??????? Had to have someone else finish. They charged full amount and would not take a gift card because it expired which I understand except the service was horrible and the management was horrible. BRING BACK OLD OWNER...
