I first found Brickell Cosmetic through a Groupon. I had my first treatment with Jodi (Derma pod) and she was cool. The next two times I had different ladies but went back and started to request Jodi. Jodi is very knowledgable and takes her time with you. I never feel rushed and she reads my moods well...if I feel chatty she is right there with me. If I am feeling zen and just want to be quite she reads it everytime! Julie the owner is great. I had asked after I had bought a few treatments about ingredients and she took the time to email everything. I decided I wanted to switch something and she was very accomodating to my request and made adjustments.Dont expect a big, fancy place. Brickell cosmetic is cute and clean and VERY reasonable, thats why you go. Best prices in town and I highly recommend anyone to buy packages. They have it all, facials, Derma Pod, Lumicell, Harmony...all sorts of things including mani/pedi/s. Parking is on site and you have to enter through a narrow driveway so take that into account.

They are great sales people!! Ive been going to this place for over a year now and tried many treatments. When I brought up to their attention a concern I had with two of my treatments, they did not seem interested at all in listening and the person in charge just sent me to speak to one of their attendants. Julie, the owner, never had time for me.... Their solution the attendant offered was for me to pay again for the treatments! Are you kidding me! There was no sense of care or customer service. As long as you are ready to keep wasting your money, this is the place for you. I even spoke to Julies husband, Ernesto, also an owner, and didnt get back to me. I really tried , but clearly my business was not important to them.

Following a recent visit and subsequent bad review at the Brickell Cosmetic Centre I was contacted by management and offered a complementry facial. This visit went very well and I was very happy with the results. The Beautician was knowledgable, friendly and professional. The oxygen facial and eye treatment worked well together and I will definitely be returning for further facials. Ladies, this is a fabulous place!. I went there like many others on a Groupon purchase and have returned over and over again. Their treatments are fantastic (the Lumicell really really works!), the service is great (Julie, Kiudys, Ariadna, Jody, Elizabeth, Susie & Lisette) and friendly and their prices are very reasonable. . Yes it gets busy at times but they try to do the best they can to accommodate and work within your schedule. I cant say enough good things about this place. Love it , love it , love it...!!

I love Brickell Cosmetic Center and Spa! I HIGHLY recommend this facility to everyone who lives in South Florida, or if their on vacation :) Ive been coming here for over a year now and you will definitely see results! I bought a coupon through Groupon for the Smooth Skin System, without knowing anything about the facility I called them to make an appointment, Julie that answers the phone was very helpfull and friendly, when I went for my first appointment I was so impressed with the friendly and helpfull staff, very professional, great service, the place is clean. That was a few month ago and Im still a client. Im also doing the Lumicell treatment. I am very happy with Brickell Cosmetic and I highly recommend it. =)

I am a client for several months now, after having purchased Lumicell treatments through Groupon. I am obviously very happy with the spa and especially with Julie. She is always friendly, always nice and extremely helpful. Whenever I come in for an appointment, the spa is always busy with happy clients. I purchased a Groupon for two photo facials and enjoyed the first treatment so much that I added a package for three Dermapod microdermabrasions on the spot. Not only is it extremely affordable, the results are incredible—my skin has cleared up for the first time in a long time—and Im not even halfway through the series of treatments yet. The spa is bright, clean, modern; the staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful; and the onsite parking is an added bonus.

My wife was referred and she had a very bad experience with the Service. Place was crowded, assistant was not friendly. Her English is not good and she felt disappointed when she left since the lady that had to explained her the treatment eventhough she spoke Spanish refused to explian her the treatment with pacience. All the aesthetician that have treated me have been lovely, knowledgeable and professional. Most of my treatments have been with Maria Alejandra. She is incredible! I bought a Microdermabrasion package through Groupon without having any prior knowledge of Brickell Cosmetic Spa, and I couldnt be happier! The facilities are quaint and clean, and the staff answered all of my questions, and were extremely hospitable. Loli, the woman who did the procedure, was FANTASTIC! Constantly checking in with me to make sure I was comfortable. Id highly recommend Brickell Cosmetic Spa ;)

Not children friendly! I went there for appointment for a regular microdermabrasion and it was already suspicious that I was barley able to get in because there is no stroller/wheelchair friendly entrance! And then the woman let me know that I cant bring my 1 year old baby inside and also they dont watch him while the 30 minutes treatment. That said its dangerous to bring a baby inside the room! Crazy!

GREAT!!!!! GREAT!!!!!. I went because I bought a Groupon for a Cellulite Treatment, the Lumicell and that was 4 months ago and now I am addicted to the place. I go twice a week for facials, Lumicell and the whole bit. Everything about the place, staff and services are Excellent. They also have a Boutique, but well they have everything a women needs to feel marvelous. An A+.
