My first time at Nava Med Wellness Was a fantastic experience, I went there for an Organic Facial. That day the qualified therapist spent with me 2 hrs aprox, first she started with an examination of my skin and then she commenced with the facial, She began with some relaxation and then she initiated applying each organic product based on fruits, vegetables and other natural products .During the process the therapist gave me some organic products to introduce on my cleaning routine that will help me with my skin. For all my a experiences at this place I always come back for another facial is absolutely perfect, leave my face, glowing, clean &fresh HIGHLY RECOMMEND!. After my experiences on Facials I have to try another service and I have another great experienced on my eye brows ,The therapist spent almost an hour analyzing the right angle and arches of my face she "outlined my brows before the waxing" She evaluated the complete morphology of my eye brows ,lips& noose, She left a natural look natural shape .I loved my new shape, The therapist was a perfectionist . I will never go anywhere else! Later on I have tried the manicure and pedicure service and I really recommend it to! The manicure was intact as the first day! The therapist was really professional. Clean, meticulous, detailed and so dedicated, they gave me a relaxing scrub massage and that was very pleasant and leave my foot soft. The atmosphere at the spa was so good!

I went to Nava spa because my friend recommended I give them a try and they had a promo at the moment, so I figured why not. The staff is very professional and friendly. The atmosphere is very relaxing especially after a long day at work, its nice to go somewhere soothing and where I can actually relax. The skin therapist was very knowledgeable and knew immediately how to cure my stubborn hormonal acne. I went through a 6 week treatment and can now honestly say i have clear skin. I suffer from cystic acne which is painful and not very appealing. The staff was helpful and walked me through my at home regimen. They answered any and every question I had. I am so grateful for the how theyve changed my appearance and my life!!!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to see a change in their skin for the better!

After visiting many skin and medical specialists with my skin condition, I am so happy to have found Nava Med Wellness and Spa. I received a 90 minute Novapelle facial therapy. It was like receiving a months worth of skin treatment. I was not red, I had no inflamation, and most of all the Psoriasis and breakout had totally deminished. I truly experience the excellent results of a Hemeopaic effects of a homeopatic facial therapy. I will recommend Nava and Theresa to everyone.

My daughter give me a certificate for a facial and nails that I really appreciate because I have the best present for Mothers day ever, this place is awesome the staff, the ambience etc. My time is very valuable due to I am business owner and they make it on time the products used are organic, I buy some extra products to maintain my skin healthy, I am very happy with the results thank you Nava Med Wellness I cant wait to go back.

The staff is nice and will treat you professionally, the place is very clean and sanitized up until the time where they take a payment, thats where the staff lies and think that they can rob you, And to top it all off they took 2 months to get $80 refunded and they have the audacity to ignore my calls and ignore that they had to give me a refund. Very unprofessional and very unethical. Will never be back again.

horrible service. And you cant expect anything else from an establishment that treats its employees unfairly and rude. I saw myself how they took the hard earned tip of an employee because of cancelation from a client. If you want to promote an abusing business that overcharges for a service. Go there. If you want a better service and fair practices go elsewhere!

The Staff is so very nice and professional, the place is clean and sanitized, we get special in mothers day, there are 3 different groups at the same time and doing different services, we have very good experience at Nava I can wait until my next special for Fathers Day, Thank You Theresa you so very nice person.
