Image Medical Spa is AMAZING! First of all, the staff is WONDERFUL!! Theyre like a close-knit family and immediately welcome you into the fold. Everyone from owner to manager to technicians to receptionists are darlings who value the services they provide and their customers. I checked and their equipment has the latest technology and is serviced regularly. The technicians are well trained, incredibly knowledgeable, meticulous, and professional. My laser hair removal treatments are going great--I saw results after the 1st session and am now halfway through the program!! If you want to meet three of my favorites (I know, I shouldnt have favorites but I do and am putting it in writing...hopefully the others wont mess with me too much) ask for Joyful, Kristine or Enith. Joyful is a licensed full specialist/welcoming committee and her name fits her personality perfectly...shes the biggest sweetheart! I was nervous my first time and her warm and soothing personality put me immediately at ease; shes the first person I see every time I come in and she always has a big smile and hug for me. My other two faves are technicians (Kristine & Enith). Lets face it, laser hair removal in certain places feels as awkward as visiting the gyno but these ladies make you feel completely comfortable and help take your mind off it while they go to work. Theyre the best! I highly recommend Image Medical Spa--tell them you read my review and Im sure theyll take care of you. =)

The staff at this lace is absolutely awful. The "manager" Dana is very rude and disrespectful. I had an appointment which was cancelled because the person doing the procedure was not in, no problem, I scheduled a new appointment. Once I was there, I was approached so many times by the employees trying to convince me of other services, it was very very annoying. Once I had the Botox I had movement in less than 2 weeks which is not the usual that happens to me so I call the spa and am told that I have to speak with Dana, I leave my name and number and she never calls me back. 2 days later I call and explained the situation, her response was "well baby, that can happen and maybe you did something or did not buy enough units" I have been doing Botox for 4 years now and normally always use the same amount so I know what its supposed to look like, I explain that to her and her response is "I cant do anything, you have a problem, call your credit card company" and then she hung up. No good bye, no warning.... What kind of manager does that?? I should have known because of the sleezy low class sales personality that she had that this would be the outcome. I drive there in person and am told she is not in, but on my way out I see her sitting on a concrete bench smoking a cigarette. Just awful. In conclusion, terrible customer service from the entire staff but seeing the lack of customer service and manners that the manager has I can see why. Stay away!

Five and a half months ago I walked into this med spa for a simple facial procedure performed by Zhanna Zitsbank, and I left looking deformed. At the time I thought Zhanna was a doctor, but later found out she is a Physicians Assistant. Since this experience, I have seen various doctors and spent a significant amount of money in attempt to fix this mess. As embarrassing as it is to publicly write a review for a med spa, I feel obligated to share this information so others dont have to go through what I am going through. Like one reviewer on here stated, I also noticed Zhanna looking up treatments on her Iphone. Update: this med spa uses counterfeit products which is very dangerous. Please avoid for your safety. If you have already been harmed here, make sure to report what happened with the health dept and BBB.

Can you say ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! My best friend referred me to this place and thank god I listened!!! The employees are phenomenal!!!! Always greeted with a smile and they make you feel right at home!!! Im on my 3rd treatment of laser hair removal and I cannot say enough how my face feels and looks outstanding!!!! Ive referred all of my coworkers here and they have all booked their appointments and so should YOU!!! If you want a Spa with awesome customer service, amazing technicians and an overall "home" feeling when you walk through the doors, then Image Medical Spa is the place to go!!! Book your appointment now and I promise you itll be worth it!!! I wish I can give them 10 stars cause they are beyond the 5 that yelp offers!!!!!

Ive seen Zhanna for Botox and filler on a few occasions, as well as Angela, the aesthetician for skin resurfacing treatment and Ive had only the most wonderful experience here. Joyful, who is there often to greet the clients is also so warm and welcoming. Most importantly, they listen to you and respect what you want. I had concerns when considering using filler for my lips and Zhanna made sure to do exactly what I asked for. I didnt want them to look "filled", I wanted them to look the way they did years ago. Ive never felt anyone there was pushy, they just let their clients know what services they offer and Ive never felt pressured (enticed yes) but not pressured to buy anything. I think they are great :)

Stay away from this place. They will upsell you for things you dont need. Whats more important is that they are not fully competent at some procedures that may cause you pain or possible disfigurement. I had ematrix here and was out of commission for over 2 weeks and still have blotches on my chest. I later learned from another facility that they should have used lidocaine to numb the areas prior to prevent pain during the procedure. They didnt and I experienced excruciating pain for over a week. I also saw someone who had the procedure at another facility the day after they were treated and they did not have the kind of effect that I had. I looked like I had leprosy. STAY AWAY

I decided to get some botox here few months ago. BAD idea..BEWARE i am 100% they injected me with something else i never saw any results what so ever!!! And i always get botox and start seeing results a week later... I cant believe this... I had tingling feeling over the are i got injected for months. I am looking to report them and do something about it because they are scamming people. Be careful.. Oh yes how could i forget... when your there they pretty much harass you with offers... 3 different girls would come in and tell me we are offering hair removal, lip injections etc and try to talk you into getting more stuff done, VERY unprofessional! You will be amazed! Thanks

Went for 50 units Dysport Groupon, liked the treatment from ZZ, bought a second Dysport Groupon same day for future use (thinking I was going to need it within a few months as 50 units is not much). Five weeks later a condition was added to the previously purchased Groupon, "for first time clients only." Called spa and they refused to honor it even though at purchase time there was no such restriction. Ah well. Will find another place. Had movement between the brows after three weeks anyways.

Ive received 3 of 6 laser hair removal treatments from this facility. I am extremely pleased with the service that has been provided. All of the receptionists and medical technicians have been knowledgeable and professional. I am satisfied with the results I have received from the treatments and expect the rest to go just as smoothly. I am fair haired and the technician adjusted the settings to match my hair type. The treatment itself was not painful and I had no adverse reactions at all.
