The stylist was a lovely person, but the hair cut was disappointing. I am not a fan of mall salons, but this person was recommended and the price was not cheap, so I expected to walk out with a professional precision cut. I came in to fix a horrible haircut, lots of uneven layers that made no sense. I asked the stylist to do whatever was necessary to even it out. The length was trimmed a little, and some of the back layers were cut, but all the bulk on the sides was left untouched. I have worn a short or medium bob for decades, and I noticed that the back was layered using a somewhat outdated technique, something I havent seen since the 80s. Before leaving, I requested for the sides to be shaped better, but I was given several reasons for why that was not possible. Except that I have watched the way my old stylist had cut my hair, and I know that a good cut involves checking every section of hair to be sure it blends and the layers fall evenly. Not surprisingly, less than 3 weeks later my hair was completely out of shape again. I was told to return in 3 weeks, but a decent haircut should last 3 months and I do not fall for these tricks just so the salon can make more money.

i had my hair cut by Elizabeth Kaczmarek. it was the worst haircut of my life. i had very long hair when i walked in and i asked for a simple 1/2 inch trim with long layers. what i got was 4 inches gone from the length and a blunt childs cut that does not even lay right at the ends. my hair is healthy and there was no reason for her to cut so much off. this woman did not listen to me at all. I filed a complaint with Regis but i wouldnt take a free haircut from this place ever again if they even follow up on complaints. This happened on Sept 2, 2014 around 7 pm. NOBODY HAS CALLED ME TO FOLLOW UP ON MY COMPLAINT WITH REGIS CORPORATE!

Just woke up the next day and my style still looks fabulous! PHILLIP is a kind, fun, creative stylist that confidently produces excellent cut and style time and again. Looking forward to booking with our buddy David next time for a fun style with braids! I know it isnt a requirement to LOVE your stylist as a person and a professional..but it sure helps to convert a hair appt into a truly rewarding life experience :)

ZERO PROFESSIONALISM. They are very vulgar and perverse. They colored my hair the wrong color, and instead of fixing it they only said "I think it looks better this way". THEY DONT CARE about their customers, just their money.
