There are so many good things to say about this Salon. First, I had another Salon and the manager tried to lighten my hair from a dark brown to having really blonde highlights. Well, all the chemicals that were put in my hair really messed it up along with the shirt that I was wearing as they did not place a coloring cape to protect my skin/clothing. This salon still charged me after I pointed out this was not what I had asked for. I contacted the manager who tells me that they also have a salon within that corporation and that the Manager over at BoRicks is top notch and would fix my hair free of charge. Well they held true to their word, I went to this location, had an appointment with Sue (the manager); also appointments can ONLY be made for chemical services, not haircuts. After about 200.00 worth of servicing my hair Sue got my hair the way I wanted. Of course, I was not charged the 200.00 as the company picked it up. I now see Sue with all my Hair care needs and feel that the entire staff is very good at their job and would feel comfortable with just about any of the stylist within that particular location.

Terrible... terrible. I called ahead of time and asked if they could dye my hair and do a haircut. I described in detail my current and the products I have used on it and they enthusiastically accepted and told me they could help me out. When I went there, they all of a sudden said that they couldnt do what they had previously said. So I decided that because I was there, I could at least get a hair cut. I described they type of hair cut I wanted, they amount of work I was willing to do for my hair everyday, and even showed the lady a photo of the style. She cut my hair too short, it looked nothing like the picture I showed her, and it was completely lopsided. She was rough and I could tell she didnt care about what she was doing. She made me feel like I was a bother to her. I will never ever go here again.

I used to go here every time I needed a haircut when I was younger. Last few times Ive gone for me or my kids, Ive been left unimpressed. Last time, the stylists didnt do what I asked for mine or my daughters hair. They seemed more concerned with the big money patrons that were there for their stylings for some school dance.

Horrible place ... walked in at 4:45 and they said they couldnt do my roots because its an hour before they closed ... ridiculous ...

To many new people..turnover is great..but workers are friendly.
