Do not , I repeat , do NOT go to Regis Hair salon in Valley View Mall . They have a few good hair stylist but the one I saw today RUINED my hair . I asked for balayage . She basically put hi lights 3 inches from my roots . Before she even did it , I told her if she thought blonde would ruin my hair than Id just do a caramel / light brown color . She was like thats fine. Blonde wont ruin it . Ok . Whatever . So than she puts foils in my hair , and puts me under the heater . Ok. Normal experience so far . Then she says shell be right back , shes just running to H&M with her friend . So shes gone for a while , shopping with her friend . Comes back , and is like ok time to rinse it out . So she starts rinsing it out and I was like does it look ok ? Do I need a toner ? Shes like no girl its fine , your hair isnt brassy . Ok . Great . So Im happy . Until she dries it . I notice that my hair is fried . So she cut off about 2 inches . Not only is it fried , but now its orange , and shorter than I wanted . I walked out of there with my hair in a brassy orangey blonde bun with tears in my eyes. Seriously, the WORST experience ever.

Love this salon. They have always given me a great cut. The way. I asked for things and they asked.Customer service was great. Need to go get recut and style.

This salon is ok but strictly OK. The ladies seem kind of unprofessional to be honest. Wont be coming back.
