I stupidly went for lunch with my daughter at this establishment. Arrived at 3pm, had to wait to be seated despite an empty dining room. I ordered a grilled cheese for my 4 year old and a club sandwich for me, nothing complicated. Food arrived fairly quickly, but what a disappointment. My daughter, unfortunately, is a french fry and apple juice addict. She ate/drank neither. Both mine and her fries were chewy as if theyd been cooked and reheated. Her grilled cheese was oozing congealed cheese from every side and looked really unappetizing. My club sandwich was a joke. It looked like they had made it from leftovers, and maybe they had. The last straw was finding the center piece of bread was a burned, toasted crust! Missed sized pieces of tomato, burned bacon and turkey thrown together like a drunken munchie. But beware, if you complain! My waitress took my order and wasnt seen again. I had to stand up and go looking for ketchup in the vain hope of improving my daughters meal. I had to ask a passing waitress to get me the Manager. She was polite and offered me dessert, not what I wanted after a failed entree. The crowning glory of why I will never waste my dime in this establishment, is when the absentee server returned to tell me, "shes removed the club sandwich from your check". Considering I ate one mouthful and then returned it to the kitchen, this didnt seem like a favor. When I expressed this to my delightful server, Stephanie, she informed me, "youre crazy". What a delightful experience, I would prefer to eat leftovers then waste my money here. God save all who eat here!

I dont know what happened today. My husband and I always come to this location and today the service is the worst I have experienced in any Cheesecake Factory from New Jersey Long Island and New York. The waiter comes to our table and lean on the other side to rest his body, he asked what we like to order and his whole body demeanor was of a lazy person. They took 20 minutes to bring us a cold appetizer, and another 20 to bring the drinks, that we had to asked to please go check on them. Later I had to asked for a manager and he brought us the appetizers only be caused I had complaint that they were cold. After they brought our food no one came to the table to asked if we needed anything. They second waiter that was supposed to serve us kind of pass by and didnt even stopped completely just to see yo guys are ok? Like really? This is one of my favorite place to eat. So disappointed. The manager was the only person who was able to serve the staff horrible!!! We came from a tough day at work to relax and this is the treatment we get? By the way we came to celebrate my new position as a property manager and dint quite fealt like it! 000 starts on this one! The manager took care our bill but the drinks which I didnt mind the whole thing was the service. We when to the bar and order another 2 drinks to ease the stress I experienced. Manager amd Chef were great. The waiter

I love the Cheescake Factory and still do, but had a recent experience that really dragged down my entire relationship with this particular location. While eating lunch with family, one member of out party tried to order a side of pasta with a side of sauce (scampi). We were told we probably dont want to do that as it can still be expensive by our waiter, Chris. When we said that didnt deter us he said he wasnt sure he could even do it and checked with the kitchen. He returned and told us that his kitchen would not serve a side of pasta with the sauce we wanted to us. We were with family so we didnt escalate anything, but I contacted the restaurant to speak with a manager later. This was the most baffling, backwards conversation Ive ever had with management of any business. She began by apologizing but then justifying her kitchens position on not serving us. She then explained how if we called over a manager then she could have helped us but without doing so she cant be sure as to why we werent served. Then she ended the conversation by saying we should definitely be able to order a side of pasta with a side of sauce. I still dont know if this is an acceptable order at this restaurant but good luck to anyone trying to customize their order. I still love the fresh bread and the food is delicious, but the communication and management tank this location for me.

After a very disappointing light meal on the beach, we needed some real food. The Cheesecake Factory is always dependable. We only needed something to top off what wed just had, so my daughter and I decided to split an order of the nachos with chicken, while my husband opted for the French dip. Our order came out in a pretty short time. The plate was piled with chips, guac, sour cream, salsa and cheese. The chips were outstanding, very thin and crisp, just the way I love them. There was an inexplicable sweet flavor to the dish, like there was just a drizzle of BBQ sauce. While it wasnt objectionable, it wasnt what I was expecting. The only real problem was that there were only about 5 small bites of chicken on the whole plate of nachos, which was disappointing considering how good the rest was. The cheesesteak was served on a hamburger bun, which seemed different, but my husband said the flavor was good. I wish Id been able to try the low carb lemon cheesecake, but I figured wed already spent enough between the two restaurants. Ive always been a fan of their cheesecake, especially the Godiva chocolate, but next time, that lemon is going down! As an aside - they do need to keep better track of the restrooms. 3 out of 4 stalls in the ladies room had no toilet paper. Thats never a good thing.

I attended the animal festival and they had some sort of art festival as well along las olas blvd. We walked past Cheesecake Factory and I invited my grandmother for lunch just to try the food. I previously never eaten there before was truly impressed by the building. However the personnel did not match the elegance of the restaurant. Some waiters had scuffed white tennis shoes, sunglasses on and gauntlets (Leather studded wrist bands.) After being waited on by James who could barely make time for us, my grandmother ordered an entree and I ordered the tomato basil chicken. When my entree finally arrived (20 min after my grandmothers food was delivered) the meal was DRENCHED in different kinds of oils, and grease. I asked them kindly to please bring me another plate because it was inedible. When a waiter brought me another plate... the chicken reduced by half the size as before and the pasta was way UNDERCOOKED. At this point all I had was bread for lunch and was completely frustrated. When I asked for the manager, and she came she said "ill take your entree off the receipt" and didnt even offer a discount or even a dessert for our hassle. For the price that a customer pays to eat at this restaurant especially being my first experience it really gave me a bad taste.

Oh boy where to begin. Persuaded my friends to come here with me when we were on vacation because Ive always had good experiences at their restaurants, but this took a turn for the worst. First, we were seated outside right beside the door to the kitchen...in a pretty empty restaurant since we were eating later. Staff was doing their job but my poor friend nearly lost her head several times because of that door. Food was not up to par with my other experiences and then the kitchen staff got in a fight! Not just yelling but broken plates and the works. Like the ladies stormed out into the back parking lot and were trying to fist fight each other. Our poor waiter (he was new) did everything he could to rectify the experience but I spoke with the manager. We werent mad because we know how F&B can be, so you would think our politeness in addressing the issues with him would have done some justice with the check. He honestly didnt do much for us and its not like we will ever be back. Turned me off of one of my favorite places to eat. But after they took the wasabi crusted ahi tuna off the menu, Cheesecake Factory lost me anyway.
