Best CFA in all of South Florida HANDS DOWN. All the employees are so sweet and always smiling and the manager, Veronica, is the same way and you can tell all the employees work hard to make the guests happy. This is how all the CFAs used to be about 2+ years ago when the commitment was to great food AND a pleasant dining experience. Most CFAs have slipped on the customer service part somewhat and are not as attentive to customers anymore like this one is. Take it from someone who eats at a CFA every day, this place does things right and Id gladly make the extra drive to go here. Theyre the only CFA in a long time that has checked in on me while eating and offered to refill my drink, other customers were complimenting the staff as well just as I was. I was disgusted when I went first to the restroom with my two year old, and cleaned the counters myself while tworking female employees stold around watching me and texting on their phones. I have always been a huge chick-fil-a fan, but because of the uncleanliness of the bathrooms I can only imagine how the kitchen is kept. I tried to say something to the manager, who was too busy to acknowledge me. This will be my last time ever going to that particular chick-fil-a on federal. I also thought like others they would have an indoor playground, but no. So PDQ will always be a better choice. Sadlyrics their employees lack of caring, which chick-fil-a prides itself on, is evident in this store. Typical South Florida

I have never had a bad experience at chick-fil-a until I went to this location. The lady "Kat" in the drive thru cut me off before I even finished my order repeating what she thought I wanted... I received my food and left to only get to work and find out it was wrong. When I called to speak to a manager, the person who answered was choking and coughing. Guess what... It was the manager "Frizno." I voiced my frustration and didnt get a simple apology but only a "whats your receipt number." Needless to say, I didnt even go back to the location to get the correct order because of this service. Chick-Fil-A prides themselves in customer service and this location gives them a HORRIBLE name.

Let me start this off with, I love Chick-fil-A. I have been to several of their locations and enjoyed my meal each time. However today, I came to this location on US1 and unfortunately couldnt even eat my meal. I went through the drive through and they were extremely NOT busy at the time and ordered a Grilled Chicken sandwich. (Simple enough, you would think.) When I get home and go to take a bite out of my Grilled Chicken Sandwich I notice they forgot an ingredient.. The chicken! I SPENT 10$ on two buns, one piece of lettuce, and a slice of tomato. Absolutely ridiculous. Honestly I wish i could give this place 0 stars

Chic-Fil-A employees must receive superb customer service training because no matter what location you go to, the service is always exemplary. This location is obviously no different and they truly made me feel like a valued customer from the moment I walked in. Despite the anti-LGBT comments of their CEO, I continue to patronize my local Chic-Fil-A restaurants because I understand that the franchisees do not all share his misguided beliefs. Most importantly, the food is always fresh and unquestionably delicious!

I love Chick-Fil-A. Theyre food tastes great and is very affordable. The staff is typically very friendly. Chick-Fil-A should come to NY. This location in particular has a TERRIBLE drive thru and parking lot set-up. It took me 40 minutes to get through the line. I would have parked and went inside, but there were no available spaces because the lot is so small. Something to consider when building future restaurants.

Ive come here multiple times since this location has opened. Sometimes there is a line, but it really depends on what time of day that you go. Lunch time is usually their busiest time, but you can always park and run inside. Ive had large orders and ive had small orders with them and they have all been perfect! The food is great!

Just love it. The food is fresh, the guys (because they are kids working in all the Chick-fil-A that I have been), they take care about you no matter if is opening or closing time. I will recommend this place to have a quick chicken hamburger. Tip: good desserts. You can ask for refill. Note: CLOSED ON SUNDAYS. Enjoy!!

I went through the drive-thru this morning and ordered food. The wait was almost 5 minutes AND when I arrived at my office, they had forgotten my breakfast Chicken burrito..... Then when I called the restaurant, I was sent to voicemail. NOT quality customer service, people. I am not a happy camper this morning.

Disappointing service, waited in queue behind about 5 customers, when I got to the register the cashier wandered off and never came back. Wound up having to wait in line again at the other register. Also low food quality. Manager Stacie not interested in helping or making things right.

The sandwiches are ok. I mean a chicken breast and a pickle. Its not worth it to me knowing they not only condone, but encourage discrimination against LGBT folks. No chicken and pickle on a bun is going to make me change my mind. Right across the street from Wilton Manors too.

this location is a joke! I ordered by food by drive thru and the had my order completely wrong! Then I told them the order and still was wrong! one of the workers sucked her teeth and said I put a extra fry in your bag like it will fix anything! HORRIBLE SERVICE! BEWARE!

This is possibly the worst run store in the entire company. The eating area is filthy, behind the counter is a mess, the bathrooms are dirty and the employees are untrained and/or dont care. There are plenty of places to eat in this area, skip this one.

Although I was purchasing food for someone else. My experience was pretty painless. I did not like the parking it was very tight I was worried about my car getting hit. But Marie was friendly and in very helpful as were the other crew.

Dont know what they put in this chicken but its so good they need more Chick-fil-As they need better drive-thru service they need a bigger building where you can just come and just sit and enjoy your food like a restaurant

My order is simple so ive never had a problem there. But the drive thru line is always long here bad parking lot design not sure how they could even fix it unless they bought the lot behind it. If thats even posible

The attention was so good .the food was fabulous we love Chick-fil-A our kid was so happy having his meal we will be back so keep the good job..and let me tell you that it was our very first visit...we love it.
