Scam, Con Men, Criminal. These are just a few words to describe A to Z Roofing which is one of several "roofing" businesses owned by Troy Finecey and Dave Reichert. If you purchase a roof from them (or sales person Doug Peterson) expect poor incompetent craftsmanship that will result in leaks within months of installation. Do not expect your warranty to be upheld though, as they seemingly operate under multiple names, "shutting down" their previous companies when too many warranty issues arise from customers thus allowing them to escape from warranty claims leaving the customer needing to pay additional thousands to other roofers for repairs. This has been our experience. The new company name being operated under by Dave Reichert is Gulf Coast Sales and Service. BEWARE.

I am so glad I called A-Z. I had hired another roofing company in Cape Coral to fix my skylight leak originally. I am not sure what that company did but it leaked worse afterward. I then called A-Z and their team came out and not only fixed the other persons work but they took amongst themselves to not patch it but repair the whole thing. Their prices could not be beat and they followed up and came back later on to ensure there were not any problems. I know I will use A-Z when I get ready to have my whole roof done. Thank you..A-Z for going above and beyond. I appreciate it and it helped my home from being further damaged.

Odd to see the comments here about them not returning calls, it happened to me last month. I called them about a leak in the skylight on a house the put a new roof on in 09, they said they would come out in two days, I have not seen them in a month and no call back even though I left a message. Odd behavior... Another thing, just now I tried the number listed on the Internet and it is no longer in service.

Called them for a roof repair. Discussed the problem. Said they would call me back to schedule an appointment. Acted like it was an inconvenience for them to come out to my neighborhood. 2 weeks later, no call back. Awful customer service. I cant believe they stay in business with service like that. Called advanced roofing instead and they were out the very next day.

Terrible. They refused to return phone calls regarding repair to a roof they installed Then when I finally got ahold of them refused to honor their warrantee
