I was surprised when they gave me an estimate and the price was so much lower than the other guys out there. My grandfather always said you get what you paid for. Well, I did not listen to his advice and used this company. The inspector said the job was one of the finest he had seen, and they used the same materials the other companies had quoted. The best part, is they did not leave a mess, and they got the job done quickly. They even replaced some of the rotten wood at no extra charge. They got me involved in the process from the very start, so I had full knowledge of everything that was happening. I learned so much that I might try to do the next one on my own... On second thought, I will just call them. This is a great company!

I wish I can leave zero stars for this company! I waited for a scheduled meeting and they were a no show! No response from them either. I called to see where they were at with no response either. They dont even have the respect to call and say they wont make it or even try to get in touch with me about not showing up. I called and was sent to voicemail. I left several messages to call me back as to where they were since Ive been waiting at home all morning with a no show! I especially moved my schedule around for this appointment. This is bad business and will be looking for a better respectable company. Just FYI it was going to be a $22,000 job.

After calling numerous roofers in the area with no help or barely listening to my issue, I called Smith Roofing... From the second Susan answered the phone, I was so impressed with her professionalism and caring demeanor...! She went way above and beyond to help my mom Pamela who was in a bind with her roof... Susans knowledge of the permitting system, and contacts of the people I needed to talk to were so helpful to us...! I cant thank her enough for her time...! I would give them 1000 stars if I I could, and will be referring them to everyone...!
