I am pleased with the new roof that I received from Shield Roofing. Their price was in line with the other estimates that I received, but the quality of the shingle and the warranty they provided was much better. This was a large, 76 square, residential roofing job that included 7 roof secions on 3 seperate buildings. They all match now and look great. In addition, Shield built a large dormer on the front of my hose that completely transformed the look of the house. Brian Harris was the salesman and Saul (last name not known) was in charge of the framing. Both of them worked with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted.

Late last year, my Aunt had a nasty storm blow through that did some hail/wind damage to her roof. We tried to get some local guys to come look at it, but the storm was pretty widespread, and the locals were pretty well booked. I looked online and found Shield Roofing. We called and within just a couple of days, Brian Harris was checking out the damage! His crew was very fast, and extremely professional while they were here. Once the job was done, they cleaned up after themselves, and were on their way. Bottom line, they were quick, courteous, and hardworking guys. Id gladly recommend them to anyone!

An elderly family member needed a roof, and she did not know which route to take. After getting several estimates and conversing with me about it, we decided on Shield Roofing. The project was completed a few weeks ago and we could not be happier. We were impressed at every step of the process. Brian Harris the sales guy was referred to us by a friend and we realized right away we made the right choice. He was professional and very friendly. The crew was amazing as well. Maybe they do good work. Who knows. I dont care. They do however "ambulance chase" hail storms and apparently can not read NO Trespassing , No Solicitation signs to advertise and hock their wares/services. I dont want you or your trash on my property. These two reasons alone are enough for me to do business elsewhere. Traveling around in the most god-awful hillbilly truck I have even seen. I would be embarrassed if it were mine, but maybe it is a popular red-neck style. I wouldnt know.

Our neighbor had damage from the storm in February and Shield replaced their roof. Brian knocked on our door and explained that our neighbors got their roof paid for mostly by insurance, and offered us a free inspection. Although we did not have damage he showed us some issues we had. Our roof was 20 years old so we decided to have shield replace it. Brian was great through the whole process, and his crew was amazing. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

When Brian Harris sold my grandmothers roof, he was completely professional. He explained the whole process and the roofing crew did a fantastic job. I was amazed by the professionalism from set up to clean up. They are very thorough in the clean up process. They leave no trace of work materials or scraps behind for the customer to pick up on their own. I recommend Brian Harris and Shield Roofing for any home project.

Im not sure about the work this company does but their drivers are not good. :( We were nearly pushed into a wall this morning because someone in a company truck crossed over two lanes of traffic on I-64 without signaling or apparently looking because they cut right in front of us, causing us to break hard to avoid being pushed into the barrier wall. :( One star for their company drivers

The process was smooth, and Brian walked around with us afterward to make sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend Brian and Shield Roofing. Brian was excellent in giving a full explanation of the process and the costs related to the new roof. My friend purchased the roof, and it was amazing to see how easy the process was. My roof wasnt damaged by the storm, but I know if I need a new roof, siding, or windows Brian at shield is my only choice. This is how you do good business.

The workers showed up not only on time, but 25 minutes early and worked hard the entire time. They cleaned up the mess when finished and left us with a Beautiful roof!!
