BUYER BEWARE!! Hired Parkersburg Roofing to put new roof and guttering on my home last summer. A year later my guttering is still not finished! I have called many times and John Gibson says they will be here "tomorrow" to complete the job, but they never call or show up. Now they have stopped taking my calls and it goes straight to voicemail. New guttering has many leaks and was installed incorrectly (which John even confirmed was not done correctly). The leaks are so bad they have actually peeled the paint off of my deck. Metal roof has many dents from where they walked on it and they polluted my yard and driveway with roofing nails and cigarette butts. They did sloppy work, then took our money and ran. I chose them because they were cheaper and have learned a very hard lesson that you get what you pay for. We are not their only victims, read their reviews on Facebook, apparently they have done this to a lot of families. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE

These guys are seriously a joke. Seeing them a few times, they were all on drugs. Ignore the fake reviews below. How you gonna have the same exact review twice by two different people. Jon the owner is known to not finish jobs, take your money and run. He threatened my mom because she wouldnt pay for horrible work. He said "its not like you have a million dollars home". Yea, that means we want shoddy work. Had to pay a real contractor to come out and fix his work.

I have never been so angry with a business. Gutters leak even after confronting the owner John no one came to fix it after multiple call a false promises. Killed my grass by leaving materials on ground for over a month. Screws and scrap material left in the yard daily. Do yourself a favor and call anyone else if you want quality work and not want a hige headache.

I absolutely loved working with Parkersburg Roofing! John was an excellent gentlemen to deal with and the two guys he sent did a splendid job on my roof. I guess only time will tell for sure how good of a job they did, after all. But from what I can see, it is flawless, so I would recommend them for sure!

Parkersburg Roofing & Construction Service was one of three companies that we called. They gave us a fair price for our roofing repair bid, did the work in a timely fashion and so far...no leaks! This work was done a couple weeks prior to our recent 4 day downpour so we are very happy with their work.
