I truly resent the fact that I have to drive past this companys obnoxious flashing yellow sign every time I drive to and from my job. While most businesses would be promoting their services, this business decides to post nonsensical grammatically incorrect right wing political trash. Half of the time it makes no sense and I have no idea what they are even trying to say. The other half of the time they are spewing incorrect and completely false information.There is a time and a place for discussing politics. Its not on a billboard in front of your place of work. I have absolutely no respect for any company that would choose to use their time in this manner. If I ever need any type of roofing done I know who I will not be seeking out. Whoever is designing the sign outside the front of the store is a very angry and ill-informed person. I definitely wouldnt trust my roofing needs with them.

The three or four weeks they say its going to take to replace your roof turns into eleven weeks. They dont respond to calls. Communication is pretty much non-existent. After five weeks of waiting I called five times to four different people to find out when they would be starting. I even stopped by the office and was told someone would get back to me. I received no response until one day I had a big truck in my driveway and a half dozen people crawling around on my roof. It then took another six weeks to finish the job. They also added another $500 to the invoice for wood sheathing. I knew that some might be needed, but was never told that any was actually used until I saw it on the invoice.

We had a leak and hired Crowther roofing after getting an estimate. The rep gave us a high estimate but told us that was just in case they found something egregious. They repaired a spot above where the roof leaked and charged to full estimate even though it was a routine patch due to rusted nails. Here we are a year and a half later with the recent heavy rain and it is leaking in the same spot. Wasted thousands of dollars with Crowther , who by the way do not warranty their work unless the do the entire roof, so please be warned. Dont be fooled I am just heart sick I wasted money with them and now I will have to hire someone to do it right.

They are very unprofessional, The salesman came out and acted like a used car salesman and it took 2 weeks to get a estimate and Then they was scheduled 3 different times to complete the work and never showed or no phone call explaining why they couldnt be there. So i finally cancelled the contract and told them i didnt trust them to do good work, if they conducted business that way. Well 2 weeks after i cancelled the contract, they just show up one morning, with the crews wanting to do the job.. Communication and reliability in that company must be non- existent.

When it comes to customer service, it is rare for a business to invest time to building personal relationships with the clientele. Crowther Roofing is family owned and operated, and it shows. I was viewed as a valued person and treated as such. I have not even brought up their 4 + decades of experience and their deep roots in the Fort Myers community. This is how you should do business. Very impressed.

I keep driving by them every day, and cant figure out why their message board is always so angry. Every other day someone (whoever does the messages) adds a f you to someone else, and half the time it doesnt even make sense. Poor business practices from what I can see from the outside. I cant imagine how poorly that the employees would work with this kind of moral. You do roofing, not politics.

We had this company install a complete new roof on one of our vacation rental homes in Cape Coral. They provided a prompt written quotation and scheduled the job within the time frame required. The job was completed on time and as described. The company came highly recommended and the price seemed reasonable. They have a good reputation here in SW FL. I would recommend the company to others.

I was going to give Crowther thousands of dollars of my business, but then I saw the hateful, xenophobic, right-wing message prominently displayed in front of their store. Crowther should strongly consider steering away from spreading political messages that may alienate potential customers who do not share their extreme, exclusionary politics.

I worked for a fastener distributor that supplied Crowther Roofing daily and I can vouch, first-hand, that they are the most professional, trustworthy, and patriotic bunch of guys Ive ever met. Everyone in the business knows that if Crowther Roofing is on the job, its being done right and at a fair price. Kudos!

I truly feel for the employees of this company as Im sure their political stand points are not in line with management. I personally find it disgusting that they need to display their political opinions on their display board in front of the business. Obviously someones not paying attention to the news or the facts.
