When a house inspection this past year highlighted some big concerns with the roof on our house in Strongsville we were not sure who to call. Since there were soft spots we did not know if the whole roof needed to be replaced or just sections. Fortunately a friend of mine recommend Reader. They told me its a family business with a long history and they would be honest with what needed to be done. They got us on schedule quickly, this guy Chris came out, and was very knowledgeable. He showed us what needed to be done and as it turned out only sections had to be replaced. I called Reader Roofing for an estimate and Chris Krestyan came out and showed me that my roof needed more work than a previous estimate claimed. In fact that the roof needed replaced where the other company was just going to put in new shingles for 300 dollars... After Chriss explanation of the need for a new roof and showing me why I am so glad I called Reader. Their cost was affordable, the work was done fast and done right. The clean up left nothing behind and I was left with peace of mind. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of Roofing work who wants it affordable, professional, and work completed on time. A place where a handshake means a promise.

We are so happy that Mike came by and gave us an unbeatable quote on our Heating and Cooling unit. Our Rheem unit is 30 years old. It has not worked for years. Mike was so professional. He came to our home and measured the basement. He made some calculations as to our home size and found the perfect unit. Mike Explained the reasons for selecting the right A/C unit. In fact it was a cheaper unit than the other choices- But it was the right fit for us. We have a custom size unit that is perfect for us. We also need electrical work. Reader Heating and cooling did a wonderful job installing a furnace in our house. There was 2016 came and the weather started getting cold. The new furnace was not coming on. I called Reader who sent out a tech asap and got the furnace issue resolved and all is good. I am going to call them again to do something for my gutters from the heavy winds.
