This company may be big but do not let that fool you. If you have had hail damage in the past then do not let guy roofing be the ones to help you. This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The salesman are very good at telling you what you need to hear. Example: If you do not give us a check today then we will not be able to do your roof for 3-4 weeks due to being behind. When it actually took 3 months before the roof was put on after calling several times after the 4 week period. We will work with your insurance company and take pictures of damages they missed on the scope to help you pay for the roof. Did any of this actually happen? No. As I said before the salesman will tell you what you need to hear. When roof was finished there were materials and nails left everywhere. I called several times and was told by their wonderful customer service that someone would be there to clean up and get the materials left behind. I ended up having to clean up after the company and it took over 2 months before they came and picked up the rest of their materials left behind. This big dog company bit off more than they could chew with this hail storm and after reading these recent reviews it looks as though I am not the only one.

Not professional or courteous . After setting up the date to have our roof replaced we did not receive a call that the materials would be delivered until after the fact . They were placed in front of my garage door blocking in one of our cars. Then the day before they were to start I came home to someone in an unmarked vehicle sitting at my mailbox for two hours(he was a regular worker not the one whom had made our arrangements). Well this guy finally drove off and I decided to go to the store. When I returned home I found a truck and trailer that the workers would use the next day blocking my entire driveway. I reviewed my cameras to find that a whole group of laborers had spent 30 minutes wandering around my property as if it were there own. Now keep in mind that all the numbers and figuring had been completed by a representative of the company in the beginning. So there was no cause for these workers to be on my property multiple times when the job was not to begin until the next day. Just watching these people snooping around my property and peering into my other vehicles while I was not home really makes me regret picking this company even before the job begins.

I worked in their customer complaint department and I can tell you first hand - Do Not Trust this company. There are alot of things done internally that are unethical along with various displays of discrimination all the way to racism. If you are a customer they will threaten you if you try to get out of a signed contract for any reason. They claim to be a Christian family owned company but they are by far some of the worst types of people from the owners to the management that I have ever encountered. Their turnover rate is horrendous with the way they treat both their customers and employees. Added comment - This is my brothers gmail since I dont want you guys trying to sue me like you do your customers. And yes their entire inbound team is the complaint department that I worked on. This company is so bad most of the reviews on here are from employees - Wanda Bobo, Max Spott, Dru Guy, the wife of Troy Slice, Rebecca Sapough. That should be enough to tell you to stay away. BTW Nice generic response Raven Guy - did Jeff or Dawn write that for you?

I just had a new roof put on by guy roofing about three weeks ago I wouldnt refer them to anyone cause first the salesman gave me a quote of $7500 then when the insurance decides they will pay $8700 they decide to charge a total of $9400 that isnt right the quote you give should be the price .I went with this company cause I thought they was honest and well know company but sometimes thats not the way to go .From the beginning they came gave a quote then we set a date they kept rescheduling the work to be done three times .Then the crew they sent out broke my patio table then didnt even tell me they did but we have cameras so I seen it from the video .Not to mention they didnt clean up good Im still picking up nails and had to get tire plugged cause they left nails in drive way..ALL IM SAYING IS JUST CAUSE YOU THINK A BIG COMPANY IS BETTER IN THIS CAUSE IT WASNT . I forgot to mention they had materials left that Im sure they will use on another job but I was charged for so since I paid for them they should of left them.

Very unprofessional especially their sales manager Zeke. These guys are running a scam and getting away with it. Make sure you ask them to give you an estimate before you sign anything with them. And I bet you their answer will be we dont give estimates because we work off of your insurance scope. This has happened to several of my neighbors who are trying to get out of their contracts. Beware this company and other companies like them who will not give you an estimate because it is a known fact in hail damage areas the insurance companies are over paying and companies like Guy Roofing are pocketing that extra money. Yeah I know how it works because I work for one of the insurance companies. I know that almost all are overpaying and you at Guy Roofing are pocketing the money. Like I said beware of companies who dont give estimates or even get on your roofs. These Guys are big but are still crooked.

If I could give 0 stars I would. One of the most TERRIBLE customer service experiences I have ever had. They "Guarantee" their craftsman ship but wont fix it when theres a problem. Ive been given the run around as to what to get done, who to talk to. Called and left several messages to get someone just to come and look at what the problem is. Ive been waiting on this company for over a month now!! COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS. They say they produce quality work THEY DO NOT. Im even convinced that the customer service manager is screening my calls and WILL NOT call me back even though Ive been told someone would be in contact. My roof is leaking and RUINING my ceiling in my dining room and I feel the work should be covered under their "warranty" and no one wants to deal with it. DISGUSTED by the company and how they handle their "customers".

Excellent service and quality. Christie in the office coordinated the whole thing around our schedule and could not have been more friendly and personable. Santiagos crew did a fantastic job. They were friendly, courteous, very hard working, and did a great job of clean-up. The quality of their work was of the highest standard. My roof looks great! They really showed me what a great re-roofing job should look like. Justin Ponder from Guy Roofing came by after they were done and we went over the whole roof with a fine tooth comb. He took the time to explain everything I was looking at, answered all my questions, and even made a minor adjustment to one of the gutters to make sure it was secure. I could not recommend these folks more highly. Job well done!
