Had some storm damage and called Eustis Roofing. they explained that yes there was roof damage but not anything that they saw caused by hail. They came back and repaired some shingles that were blown off. They also suggested we contact our insurance company. The insurance company came out and indicated that we had previous damage along with hail and other damage and agreed that they would replace our roof. The company was DRS from Orlando. While I prefer to use local suppliers I got an estimate from Eustis Roofing and Scott Roofing. I used Eustis roofing because their quote seemed complete and professional. The 3 estimates were all within each other. I went to Eustis Roofings office and it looked like they really are a company that is professional. Their staff is also helpful. It took a little while to get onto their schedule and we need to further delay because of vacation. They were able to accommodate us and were on our property when and as promised. The folks that delivers the shingles were caring and considerate about driving on my plants and driveway. The Eustis Roofing crew that worked on my house were also considerate, cleaning up each night, picking up nails and other trash. (I still find nails but I am not saying they did not do a good job) Job was also finished as planned. I needed to have some wood replaced which was also pre-identified , so no surprise. Eustis roofing was able to also inspect my rafters and installation for my insurance Co. As Rod explained this would get me a further discount on my 130 mph roof! On the last day I saw one of their employees out on my driveway with a hose and was scrubbing it. I went out to see what he was doing and he explained that their was a tire mark that he thought he made and was trying to remove it! I explained that it had always been there. That made him real happy, and I thought this is a company that their employees also care! I guess it is unfortunate that you do not get to buy very many roofs ini your life time, because I would really use them again. Oh and one more thing. There was an accident and a window was broken when some trash was coming off the roof, I was informed right a way and they said it would be fixed. With in a couple of hours I got a call from Tri-City glass asking when they could come out and fix it (another great company) Everything is fixed, got a new roof and it looks great!

All of us, at 1714 Overlook Dr. in Mount Dora, FL, are absolutely thrilled with the roofing job your crew did on the house. It looks so nice; Im really impressed. One of my concerns about having this kind of work done was running over screws or nails, but your crew was very professional and did a wonderful job of cleaning up everything. Neither Mom or I picked up anything in our tires. Your crew was so nice. I heard one guy talking to Mom, he was telling her, how he was going to return that afternoon with some sod for a bare spot on our front yard, that Mom didnt think was their fault. She said that the spot was there before. But he did it any way. If we ever need anything done again to our roof, we will call on you and if our friends ask us for a recommendation, we will not hesitate to quickly give them your name. Much thanks and appreciation. we had a very positive experience with Rodney and Eustis roofing company. we have had daily rain since our roof was installed in early June 2013 and absolutely no leaks! We highly recommend getting an estimate from eustis roofing as well as 2-3 others and you will find that once you compare the cost and quality of work Eustis roofing will be your choice. Although not the highest or the cheapest the overall package convinced us to work with Eustis roofing. the crew exceeded my expectations and were very attentive to our needs or concerns. to be expected my lawn tractor did find some left over nails on the ground the clean up crew missed. Rodney offered to pay for the repairs which i declined.

I called about a small roof leak, staining the kitchen ceiling in a property for sale. I got a call back from the repair guy saying that he was in the area. In less than an hour from the original call, the repair guy was at the door. He went on the roof, and said that the builder forgot to "turn down" the edges of the roof vent pipe. He hammered down the edges of the pipe, and it was fixed. And then said, "No Charge", smiled, and turned around and walked away. Everyone I spoke to Rod, his brother (I believe his name was Brian), Cheryl, & Julie bent over backwards to help me and answer all my questions and concerns. Their roofers were polite and worked fast and when they completed the job, with the exception of seeing my beautiful new roof, you would not have known they were ever there. Outstanding experience and we love our new roof. Eustis Roofing made everything turn key and easy. The great office staff was invaluable in removing the stress of a first time roof buyer, even assisted with the color selection of the shingles. The roofing crew arrived on time every day and when they left at night the workspace was clean and organized. Roof was completed in the time that was quoted. The county inspection passed and I had all my paper work within days of completion for my insurance company. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone I know. Thank you for a great experience.

I recently had Jason from Eustis roofing give me bid to replace my roof. The roof is 18 years old, and it was done by Eustis Roofing. Within a week Jason arrived and inspected the roof. I was surprised when he informed me the the roof was in great shape, and would last another 4-5 years. I was impressed and pleased to say the least, there work, and being so honest great. When the time come to fix the roof, Ill be calling Jason and Eustis roofing.
