I had Mini Maid come clean a completely empty home prior to move in, with express instructions regarding expectations on dust. The first time they came out, they were supposed to call me when they left, and they did not. I got home that evening and inspected and was unhappy with results, and immediately called and left a message at their office. The next morning Carol called me back, promised to rectify it, and had them back out the next day. In the meantime, Carol also went ahead and charged my credit card for the first visit, prior to making it right and making sure I was satisfied. I dont mind paying for their time, but I have to say very unprofessional when you have an unsatisfied customer and you have plans to come back out, not to wait until you make sure they are happy with your work. The came back out, even after an extensive list of things being given to them to double check, there was still dust in cabinets in our bar area, still debris in the shower drains, and still dust on a mirror hanging on the back of the bathroom door, and still dust along the back sides of the hutch in the kitchen, and other issues. I am still very displeased with their work, and will not have them back in my home again. After such detailed instructions regarding my expectations in an EMPTY home, there is no way that I would use them again or recommend their service, unless you want to spend $444 on a sub-par job. Their attention to detail is quite lacking, and I when I pay a professional company, I expect a detailed, professional job. Not excuses.

We were connected with mini maid because they participate in a program to help patients undergoing chemotherapy by offering a free cleaning. Considering the service was free, I was grateful and prepared for ANY level of assistance regardless of how thorough. I am elated to report that they did an INCREDIBLE job. Even if Id paid a premium for this service I would have been immensely satisfied. I mean this objectively, and entirely independent of my gratitude for the help. If I were a robot mathematically evaluating the cleanliness of my house, Id give two metal thumbs up. They took care of everything and THOROUGHLY. From wiping down the appliances, to dusting decorative based boards, to cleanung under and around books on a shelf... No stone was left unturned. If they could clean it without risk of damaging, then it was 100% spic and span. Thanks Mini Maid!

Our family has been with Mini Maid of Gainesville for almost 15 years now and cant imagine being without them. Our team is hard working, pleasant to be around, and completely trustworthy. What would take me an entire day, my team can do efficiently, in a fraction of the time. They are fantastic with my 2 dogs and cat, and take great care to not let them out. The office staff is amazing, and accommodating. The owner is all about integrity, and is always available for special requests, or changes. It is without hesitation we recommend this company for your home/office cleaning. Im not sure what wed do without them, and Im praying we never have to find out!

Mini maid has been cleaning my office space for over 3 years now and continue to do a phenomenal job each and every time. The ladies are always nice and work really efficiently to clean your office space during the day. That level of service was taken even farther yesterday. I knew coming into work today I had a ton of boxes to take out from shipments I had received a couple days ago and hadnt had the time to break them down. To my surprise they were all gone, and that wonderful clean smell was in the air. I knew it was the mini maid ladies that had taken care of it. Thanks again! I wouldnt trust anyone else with my cleaning needs.

The lovely ladies from the Mini maid came over and cleaned our house yesterday. I really could not believe how clean it was. They did an amazing job. I thought I could clean, but these ladies really make sure everything is spotless! They made my bathroom look brand new! They were able to remove all the yuck from my shower and shower door. They even cleaned the grout on my floors. My children came home and said "how come when you clean ,the house doesnt look like this?" We are very impressed by the professionalism , courtesy, and ability!

I was initially apprehensive about having strangers come into my house to clean, however, after using Mini Maid several times, I am at ease and love how quickly they are able to clean my entire house. What generally takes me 4 hours to do takes Mini Maids team just over an hour. The prices are fair and when the team leaves I am thankful for the outstanding job done.
