I would just love to tell you about Molly Maid. First let me say I am disabled and have a dog and a cat. I have 2 wonderful ladies who come to my home every month. Denisse and Diana, also known as Team 8. Im tempted to call them "Dynamo and Dynamite" Who do you know who smiles when cleaning a house? THEY DO! Who do you know who finds mice under couches [ little stuffed toy mice that my cat hides all over the place] THEY DO! Everything shines and is clean as a whistle when they leave. They are sure to leave everything in the exact places I have them since my disabilities make it necessary that I have things set up in certain ways! I really dont know how they can do it in such a short time and Im very thankful they can because of my limited budget I am so happy I can afford the very reasonable fee. My sincere thanks goes out to Molly Maid and the great team of Denisse and Diana and to Dakota, who I have spoken with several times on the phone who is a great representative of the company

This place is a disgrace. JOE NELSON- owner of this franchise refused to take responsibility for damages made to my mothers kitchen cabinets by his workers. Blames my mother for the damages and says there is no way his girls could have done this and will NOT be doing anything help the situation since its NOT his problem. Funny coincidence how the cabinets were in perfect condition before the cleaning. No apology or refund was offered. A $30,000 brand new kitchen now had buffed, scratched cabinets thanks to Molly Maids. The cabinets will need to be removed, buffed and re-stained. Oh and they left dishes in the sink, fingerprints and dust around the rest of the house! Great service Joe!!! Very professional! Oh look another bad review below!

I am a current employee at Molly Maid, the owners are very respectful and Joe and Sandy both work their hardest to make sure all their employees are happy and well off wether it is personal or business related. When I started this job at 18 I never knew that I could start from the bottom as an HSP and be able to make a career at Molly Maid but with the amazing opportunity Joe and Sandy Nelson have gave me has made me keep wanting to climb the ladder to success, which is possible here. Im not a customer but rather would like to point something out. On July 28, 2016 at approximately 7 pm, I was driving north bound on I75 passing through Venice Fl, when a Molly Maid car passed me driving excessively fast. I mean traffic was doing about 80 and this car passed traffic as if we were standing still, that means it had to have been faster than 100 mph. I caught up to the vehicle and its Vehicle number was 12 with a young Hispanic female driving it. Not professional at all, not to mention reckless.

VERY DISPLEASED with my dealings with this company! I gave them the benefit of the doubt, which included three cleanings. In the end they were over priced for sub par cleaning. When I complained, they were dishonest about the job done and stopped communication, therefore I am forced to leave my second bad review online ever!:( DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

We had dust throughout the house from the taking up of ceramic tiles. Dust was everywhere and on everything. Molly Maids did an excellent job of deep cleaning of our house, including removing and dusting from our shelves full of trinkets from our world-wide travels. We are extremely pleased with the deep cleaning job that Molly Maids did.

One of the maids was taking selfies in my office instead of cleaning, which adds time and adds to the price. Very unprofessional, and every time I call to try to get a good group they always send a different person from the one I ask for. They never follow through with my requests and theyre very expensive

I had dirty dishes dirty floor dirty shower walls dirty glass doors dirty spots on the floor All left for me to have to take care of. This was not a big job.

I just had my initial visit by Molly Maid and I couldnt be happier. They were very professional from the very beginning and began cleaning right away. Yamis crew hardly talked, just worked. In about 2 hours they were finished. The house is immaculate and I am looking forward to their next visit.
