Son unos ladrones autorizados dicen que por un contrato...se basan dicen que en su poliza de cancelacion para robarte el dinero y el trato que te dan no es el que merece un cliente.el manager es una persona que pudiera ser cualquier cosa menos manager no sabe nada de costumer service y con la estatura que tiene que no levanta ni medio metro del piso se cree guapo.....en realidad no recomiendo para nada este gym

Ive been a Crunch member for some time now and Ive been to locations all over the state. They all have their differences but they are consistent where it counts. This location shouldnt even be called Crunch. There is no nowhere to deadlift and no bumper plates. I asked if there was a squat racks and was directed to a Smith machine. There was only one employee to be found and he was too busy playing with his girlfriend that was hanging out at the gym to be of much help. The gym wasnt very busy considering the time of day but it was a mess. There were weights all over the floor and it was difficult to find anything because weights were all over the gym. To top it all off, it was nearly 100° outside and the a/c wasnt working in the free weight area.

I wouldnt recommend this gym at all, they advertise as $9.99 a month but it actually is more than that, they charge a $36 fee for maintenance every 3 months, which add $12 to your $9.99, so do the math. They explain that in the contract, but what they do not explain, is if you cancel 10 days before your monthly payment you have to pay another plus the $36 fee (They call maintenance) + the next month... WTF !!!! and they said this is the policy of the company. This is a really good one to steal your money. The customer service is the worst, the staff does not know anything and the do not care about customer satisfaction. You have to paid an extra month because you didnt cancel 10 days before your monthly payment??? SERIOUSLY....

Las clases de algunos entrenadores que deben ser de 30 minutos empiezan 10 minutos tarde y terminan 5 minutos antes por lo que las clases solo duran 15 minutos. Las reglas de limpieza nadie las cumple. Todos dejan los aparatos transpirados y sucios. El suelo donde se dan las clases aerobicas pasa semanas sin ser aseado. Y la regla de no sacar fotos tampoco se cumple.

This is by far the worst crunch Ive ever been to. As a former employee of crunch I am dissapointed to call this a Crunch. Walking in, employees are sitting around on their phones and do not greet you. The locker rooms are filthy, there are puddles around the toilets and many of the paper towel dispensers are empty. The gym itself is small and extremely messy! Weights are scattered all over the gym and you must hunt them down. Its like weight trees dont even exist because theyre all empty. No squat racks only 2 smith machines and 3 benches. A LOT of the equipment is broken and filthy, the floors are caved in and taped down, no wipes and no proper gym etiquette from anyone.

This place is a tremendous TRAP! Honestly, yes they advertise the gym for $9.99 but all the fees AFTER are incredible high. They told me that I would pay the yearly gym fee in three months and I ended paying a little more over than the price they had actually told me. Sat down with the manager and they wouldnt do anything in order to keep the customer satisfied. They ask you for a card so that when they decide to charge you they will charge you whatever they want! Not only that but the club itself is very small and employee very unprofessional. Please, dont even bother looking into this gym. Thank you.

I have been going to this gym for over a year its been ok, but yesterday I had a terrible experience. I was working out like I usually do everyday doing weights on the back of the gym and all of the sudden I hear an employee whos name its Cynthia said to one of the guys with a terrible attitude HEY UR NOT SUPPOST TO BE SIITING THERE GET YOU ASS UP . and I was like what the hell its wrong with this girl, first shes an employee there she can say things in a different way and not be so disrespectful. I was really in shock I think Im thinking of changing gyms... Its just crazy..

Tiene un ambiente tranquilo, hasta el momento no e visto ningún equipo roto, y el customer service es muy bueno, todos son agradables, el local, incluyendo los baños siempre está limpio. No tengo ninguna queja, solo buenas observaciones.

MAKE SURE YOU GET CONFIRMATION OF LEAVING THE CONTRACT!! These jerks sent my account into collections when I PAID TO LEAVE. Thanks for affecting my report. I left also for the fact that the staff was rude, unattentive, and I can not count how many times I was mistreated there. NEVER AGAIN. Not even LA Fitness do this to me.

Horrible gym. Upkeep is bare minimum. The employees and the gym members seem not to care about the gym and leave weights all over the floor. Every dumbbell in the wrong location. Ive been working out for 10+ years and been to plenty of gyms and this one is by far the most disgusting, undesirable gym Ive been to.

The service personnel are nice but the place is really crowded during "rush hours". Not so much crowded as the place is small for the amount of people they have. Youll have to wait 3 min for a machine or a bench but you should be able to adjust the workout accordingly.

These people are thieves. I cancelled my membership before their 10 day cancellation but they still charged me for the monthly fee and the annual fee. its been over a month and I still have not gotten my money back. This place doesnt even deserve one star.

i joined this gym thinking it was a deal at 10 dollars a month ,but when you cancell its not that easy read the form its a contract thats not explained bye the sales crew horriblw experience ,malo malo malo .like the saying says you get what you pay for.
