Hands down Crossfit BRx has the best programming Ive ever experienced. Ive had the pleasure of visiting different boxes in a number of cities & the thinking that goes behind every workout here is not comparable. Owner/head trainer Billy is very knowledable and a very skilled coach. Crossfit BRx = quick & noticable results. In fact, the best results Ive ever seen in my body as well as other fellow CF BRx members.
