A great workout that will shock your muscles try crank crossfit in Miami. I have always worked out with the same boring routine. After trying this for 2 weeks I feel great. If you want the best in crossfit workouts there is none better in Miami

It was the best choice and exercise experience of my life! The atmosphere is friendly and synergetic, the trainer is extremely knowledgable and interactive. I have gotten into the best physical shape of my life and I am 55 years young.
