Lamentable. Cambian los profesores y no te avisan. Cambian el horario de las clases y no te avisan. De un dia para otro limitan la entrada de miembros a las clases asi porque si. Sin previoa aviso. Llegas matandote y tan frescamente te dicen que no puedes pasar xq bajaro. El cupo. Llamas al manager y te buscan a otra persona que solo habla sin saber. Llegan los manager y nada solo te dicen que no pueden hacer nada. Que me regresen el dinero tampoco pueden hacerlo. Cobrarte ai y si te dan de baja sin problemas pero pagales los 10 dolares de la cancelacion. MUY PERO QUE MUYYYYY MALA LA GESTION EN MIAMI GARDENS. Esto es un falta de respeto a los miembros. Cada semana es algo diferente. Son unos irirrespetuosos con aquellos a quienes se deben. Verguenza les debia dar.

Customer service sucks, I was at the counter for 10 minutes trying to sign up and with 5 -6 people at the counter no one said anything to me not a hello, how may I help you or anything finally I asked one of the dudes is someone going to help me or what and everyone claimed they didnt see me standing there for 10 minutes so I was turned off and now Im at Planet Fitness down the street from them where they dont ignore you.

Very friendly, very organized, and - my personal favorite,... VERY CLEAN!!! Ive been to another youfit location where the hygienic standards were so subpar to the point I wanted to barf. By far this location is my absolute favorite. All youfits Ive also been to have been equipped with updated machines and the pricing cant be beat. Love.. Love.. LOVE youfit.

Its Friday night only 9:40 And the tvs go off while the reps just stand chatting at the front.. come on man from that to not being opened on 5/30/17 as of this post at 6:00 am.. terrible for the 20+ people who depend on this gym each am.. they should invest in an alarm clock ...

It is 5:35 am and this location is not opened yet! How sway! Not good. About 20 ppl were outside waiting for this location to open and they all left. How motivating is this. Was there an email stating that you all would be closed because I didnt get it!!!

I love this gym I can get off work and come work out and dont have to wait on any equipments and the staff is friendly.and they gym is clean including the restroom this youfit gym in Miami Gardens deserve my five star rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I love this gym better than planet fitness because they have better equipment, dance classes for my wife and child care for my kids. Cant beat the price of 30 bucks and I can bring a guest.
