This is a great place. It has that modern sleak feel when you first walk in, but make your way to the cardio room and you get that nostalgic feeling that youre being transported to a time long lost. Where bodies are trashed and sculpted to greatness. The second weight room might as well be an armory due to the amount of iron there. This is a great gym, an actual GYM. Friendly people just making there way through the iron game, lifting laughing and growing. I plan to be at this gym for a loong time. Thank you Flex Appeal Miami.

Great gym!! The whole place has a family feeling. The staff and team there truly cares about its facility, members and guest. Good selection of equipment and a different but cool layout to the gym. Very evident the owner is a bodybuilding fan as there are signed photos lining the walls, makes it feel like youve been let into a collectors private gym. Nice supplement shop in the entry with healthy food options as well.

Good gym with a pretty descent equipment selection. Has a good BB vibe and the owner seems like a cool enough guy. Only down side is the cardio equipment and lack of sauna, but solid gym overall.
