Extremely help staff. Walked in first day and the front desk was right there to answer my questions. 10,000 sq ft facility with over 7 different programs. Coaches are enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Top tier crossfit in south Florida.

This has to be the nicest CrossFit gym Ive ever seen. The staff is sooooo nice!!! They really care about how your doing and getting you to your optimal level. Really great place to workout!

Went here to check out this crossfit and no one came to greet me and show me around. This place isnt for me but no loss because it smelled like an armpit inside.
