Joined this gym in Nov 2016 but only stayed for 5 months. I really enjoyed it at first. The membership was reasonable ($79 a month, no contract) and the facility had nice equipment. There were kickboxing/boxing classes Mon-Fri at 6:45PM which was perfect for me. But then, they removed 2 kickboxing/boxing classes, replacing them with Zumba. Then I started noticing how closed off the staff was with ppl who werent part of their "circle". I mean, they would say Hi and Bye but that was it. One staff member in particular had this snobbish demeanor to him & half the time was usually heard yelling at the kids to stop running around & horse playing. Like, relax dude. You can tell them to stop without having the whole facility hear you. The ppl who work the front desk in general seem to still be in high school and need to improve on their ppl skills and how to be more outgoing. Also, the music they would play during boxing/kickboxing classes was terrible 85% of the time. I cant get pumped for Jims tabatas with Taylor Swift blasting in the background. And u cant wear headphones during class as u need to be able to hear the instructor. Classes would only run for 45 mins which was just enough to get me warmed up so I would go lift for an hour after class was over. In the end, I just wasnt feeling the vibe. Seems great for ppl who enroll their kids into the jujitsu program tho. Just make sure your kid isnt found running or horse playing around because they will catch an ear full.

This is the best gym Ive trained / worked out at and Ive been to more than I can count over 22 years of training. The coaches are enthusiastic and really nice. I take my kid there to train bjj and kickboxing (no contact) while I do my class. Hes 7 and he absolutely loves it. They also have a dedicated gym with many machines and free weights. It doesnt get too crowded. The facility is clean and the mats are cleaned daily. They do have a small single stall restroom and only one shower but its usually available. The schedule is very accommodating for working families with kids.

Im staying in the area for a few months so i thought id check out the closest MMA gym around. This place is well kept; equipment fresh and maintained, guys mop on the regular so that a plus. I also spoke with all the guys who work at the place and they all are friendly and will work with you. Instructors are energetic. Haven t been exposed to all the classes but from what Ive experienced i enjoy it.

Ive been attending UFC for 6 months and am still going strong. The classes they offer are a lot of fun and provide a great workout. Ive worked with trainers Dayry and Jason, both are very nice and push you to excel but also let you move at your own pace. They are great at offering support and options for beginners as well as more complex moves/exercises for the advanced. Great place!

I love this place. I get a total workout. The staff are professional and adjust to your level of fitness and experience. The prices are fair. I do kickboxing, weights, and jiu jitsu for all under 100. I got my kids in it too. Yeah I might not be in the octagon one day in Vegas but life is the octagon. Be ready!

Its really a dope gym, they have a family vibe & are very willing to work with you to ensure you stay. The coaches are legit, the classes are great, & its a clean environment. I plan on staying for a while.
